You’ll see a “new side” to Taskmaster’s Mae Martin in Netflix’s “bizarre” new thriller – here’s what to know

The popular TV personality, Mae Martin, known for her role in Taskmaster, is set to unveil a fresh Netflix series titled Wayward, which promises to exhibit an unprecedented facet of the star.

The forthcoming production takes place in a picturesque town with hidden shadows, delving into the complexities of the “troubled teen industry” and intergenerational strife.

Originally known as “Tall Pines”, the series titled “Wayward” is a production by Martin from “Feel Good”, who also stars in it, along with Ryan Scott, another showrunner and executive producer. Ryan Scott has previously worked on scripts for shows such as “Fear the Walking Dead”, “Servant”, and “Revenge”.
