Brooke Shields broke down in tears during her daughter’s surprise 19th birthday party.
At dinner, held to commemorate their daughter Grier’s special occasion, the stunning and talented actress’ spouse, Chris Henchy (aged 61), took everyone by surprise.
When the producer from Holmes & Watson entered the room, both shields and her two daughters couldn’t help but break down in tears.
He was apparently working on a project and not expected to attend the celebration.
In a delightful twist, the ‘Century Dad’ pulled off an unexpected surprise not just for @grierhenchy on her birthday, but also for me and @rowanhenchy! The actress clarified this alongside the video.
‘We all cried… he said it was just a flight ❤️.’
Instead of sharing a private conversation with her fans, Taylor Swift opted to play John Mayer’s song “Daughters” instead, thereby amplifying the emotional impact.

In a humorous manner, actor-writer Ben Falcone suggested that he should receive almost all the credit for keeping this secret, with approximately 85% of the praise going to him compared to Henchy for actually doing it.
Grier, along with her elder sibling Rowan (age 21), both attend university at Wake Forest, which is located in the state of North Carolina.

‘My daughters keep a close watch on me, and it feels nice to roam freely around the house without the constant scrutiny of teenagers. It’s relaxing to savor a laid-back Sunday or respond with, “I believe I’ll have another drink, if you don’t mind,”.’
She noted that during this stage, there’s a sense of exploration that comes with it. Previously occupied with taking care of her daughters, she now has the opportunity to focus on herself instead.
