I’m thrilled to share that for the third consecutive year, I’m part of Netflix’s lively marketing extravaganza known as Tudum. This time around, it’s happening at The Forum in Los Angeles, California, following two massive events held in Brazil in 2020 and 2023. Can you believe it? I’m live-blogging the event! Isn’t it exciting? It feels like stepping back into the digital media scene of the 2010s once more!

Tudum 2025, scheduled to last between 90 and 120 minutes, is rumored to showcase several reunions and unveilings from casts of popular series like Squid Game, Stranger Things, and Wednesday. These shows are set to make their comebacks this year (with the latter two having concluded their groundbreaking runs on the streaming platform). Additionally, it’s anticipated that Lady Gaga will perform multiple songs—including her hit “Bloody Mary,” which gained notoriety as the background track for fans imitating Wednesday Addams’ famous dance from Season 1. Could we possibly catch a glimpse of the singer’s cameo in Season 2?

As Brandon Riegg, who oversees nonfiction series and sports for Netflix, told The New York Times:

This event is a blend of an awards ceremony and a grand stage performance. To make it successful, it needs to be something exceptional, as suggested by its nature. The question is, what kind of large-scale live performances can we develop for Netflix that sparks curiosity and compels viewers to watch immediately?

Additionally, you can expect to see stars from WWE like CM Punk and Rhea Ripley (who signed a 10-year, $5 billion deal to stream WWE’s main show, Raw, last year), as well as Ben Affleck and Matt Damon (they are here to publicize their new movie, The Rip), Cookie Monster (thanks to Netflix obtaining the streaming rights for Sesame Street), and AJ McLean from the Backstreet Boys (since it’s finally time for Netflix to dive into the reality show genre with Building the Band).
