You have just days left to watch Toby Jones’s “seriously good” horror before it leaves UK streamer

For those eager to experience the chilling horror masterpiece, “Berberian Sound Studio,” starring Toby Jones, there are just a few days remaining to catch it for free on Channel 4 before it’s no longer available.

2012’s film, centered around a sound designer in a ’70s Italian movie studio, was previously broadcasted and now can be found streaming online.

However, the film is being removed in 6 days – so fans better get in quick.

In “Berberian Sound Studio,” the story revolves around Gilderoy, a British sound technician who takes on a job for an Italian horror film production. However, the graphic violence in the movie leaves him taken aback. As the tension within the studio intensifies, Gilderoy gradually resorts to more and more extreme methods.

The Peter Strickland film currently holds an outstanding 85% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. At the time, Digital Spy forecasted that it would become a cult classic, while The Guardian praised it as “both seriously strange and seriously excellent,” awarding it a five-star review.

As a gamer, I’d describe it as “Completely unique and hard to categorize, a musique concrète horror show, a psychological-philosophical collapse of unease, tinged with an oddly flavored dash of dark humor and cinematic references.
