British film Fisherman’s Friends is set to leave UK streaming in just a few days.
In simpler terms, the 2019 movie chronicles the true tale of a band composed of local Cornish fishermen who transformed into a music group, eventually securing a significant record deal that led to their sea shanty album reaching the top 10 charts.
The movie itself enjoyed success as well, opening at the UK box office in the second position, just behind the Marvel Cinematic Universe film “Captain Marvel,” which prevented it from claiming the number one spot.
If you’re interested in checking out “Fisherman’s Friends” without charge, you can stream it on the Channel 4 platform until the 12th of August, with advertisements included.
Additionally, you can stream the 2022 sequel of “Fisherman’s Friends: One and All” on this platform, however, it will only be accessible until August 19th.

According to Rotten Tomatoes, the initial movie featuring Daniel Mays, Tuppence Middleton, and James Purefoy, has received a total of 58 reviews, out of which approximately 69% were favorable.
According to Next Best Picture, this charming British romantic comedy revolves around a heartwarming tale centered on camaraderie and a picturesque coastal town, populated with characters that are impossible not to adore.

As a gamer, I can’t resist the charm of Fisherman’s Friends – it’s filled with catchy tunes, genuine camaraderie, and humor that tickles my funny bone. Even though its storyline might follow some familiar patterns, it’s so enjoyable that I hardly notice!
North Shore Movies found it “completely charming,” and Butler’s Cinema Scene referred to it as a “mood booster.
LAist penned, ‘Although you’ve experienced this before, it’s a familiar comfort, like wrapping yourself in a beloved old blanket.’
