Actor Cole Hauser, renowned for his role in Yellowstone, is recounting some extraordinary encounters he’s experienced with a specific fan base.
The 50-year-old celeb, who lost his father, Wings Hauser, in March, discussed the overly affectionate older females who tend to be more tactile towards him.
As I shared with Page Six during a recent tasting event in Arlington, Texas for my brand Lazy K Bar Straight Bourbon Whiskey, I’ve experienced some elderly women inappropriately touching me.
He added about the interactions, ‘It’s been a little bit… a little bit strange.’
In my experience as a lifestyle aficionado, I’ve found that the general crowd, much like the one at Yellowstone, has been predominantly courteous. However, when our dear senior ladies indulge in a bit too much libation, their friendly demeanor can sometimes transform into a touch of assertiveness.
After wrapping up the final episode in December 2024, the popular actor began shooting for an as-yet-untitled spinoff in North Texas.
In the upcoming new show, his ex-co-star from Yellowstone, Kelly Reilly, and the up-and-coming talent Annette Bening will be joining him.
Kelly will revive her character Beth Dutton, who is wife to Cole’s Rip.
The actor told Page Six that his on-screen relationship with Kelly has been the most impactful.
In his own words, he expressed that their relationship is deeply rooted in mutual love, unwavering loyalty, respect, and camaraderie, both on-screen and off-. Similarly, I share the same feelings for Kelly.
In his real life, Cole has been married to wife Cynthia Daniel since 2006.
He commented about his TV spouse, “She’s an extraordinary woman, not just because she’s a fantastic actress, but primarily because we’ve had an incredible time portraying these roles and have been able to explore our creativity to the limit.
‘So, I’m just proud of that relationship with her.’
The versatile individual enthusiastically promoted his own bourbon label, highlighting what sets it apart from similar offerings available for sale.
He noted that often, but not always, celebrities endorse brands, be it for vodka, tequila, or bourbon. However, there’s usually little historical background associated with these endorsements.
He underscored the point that the content in the bottle holds significant history, but even more crucial is the considerable effort he invested in perfecting the juice within it.
‘I spent a lot of time with the bourbon maker to make sure that I liked it the way I wanted it.’
Cole hails from a family deeply entrenched in Hollywood’s history, given that his mother, Cass Warner, is the granddaughter of Harry Warner – one of the original Warner Bros. founders. In simpler terms, Cole can trace his lineage back to one of the founding families in the Hollywood film industry.
In the late 1970s, Wings, who was his father, started acting after having a career as a musician earlier. However, it’s unfortunate that their childhood didn’t overlap, as Wings passed away before he was born.
