As a longtime fan of the Yellowstone series, I can’t help but get excited about the potential spin-offs that are brewing. With Taylor Sheridan at the helm, we know we’re in for something special.

The Yellowstone spinoff with Beth and Rip is underway, it was revealed on Wednesday by Deadline.

In the production, it’s Kelly Reilly, a renowned British actress, who takes on the role of Beth, while the beloved character Rip is portrayed by Cole Hauser, hailing from Santa Barbara.

And there will be several familiar faces on it, the site reported but did not name names.

Examining season five more carefully offers some informed predictions about which characters might be joining the upcoming Paramount series.

Among them is Forrie J Smith, known for his role as cowboy Lloyd Pierce. In season 5B, he was invited by Rip to continue staying at the Dutton ranch.

In addition, there’s Carter, portrayed by Finn Little. His character is the adopted son of Rip and Beth. It was evident that Carter would continue to work at the Dutton Ranch regardless of any circumstances, as affirmed by Rip.

The character of cowboy Walker, portrayed by Ryan Bingham, shares an on-screen romance with Laramie, a role played by his actual spouse, Hassie Harrison, who remains unseen off-screen.

Last week, it was unmistakable that he had no plans to remain in Montana and instead intended to return to Texas.

It appears that he and his partner might be part of the anticipated spinoff series, 6666, a subject that’s been circulating for quite some time.

In a past season, Walker expressed regret about leaving the ranch 6666, stating that it was where authentic cowboys belonged.

Jimmy, played by Jefferson White, is currently tied up with his job at the ranch known as ‘the four sixes,’ so it’s unlikely we’ll see him elsewhere.

Additionally, Sarah Atwood (portrayed by Dawn Olivieri) won’t be part of the group, as she met her end at the hands of an assassination squad.

And Colby, played by Denim Richards, won’t be seen as he was offed by a horse in 5B.

It seems unlikely that Jamie Dutton, portrayed by Wes Bentley, will survive, given the speculation that Beth might kill him during the finale on December 15.

But if he does not die, he would be the perfect villain for Beth and Rip.

Additionally, it seems possible that if Jamie remains in some way, there could be an opportunity for him to reconnect with his child’s mother, portrayed by Katherine Cunningham, who is known as Christine.

She was seen giving Jamie advice on 5B.

Additionally, Luke Grimes, known for portraying Kayce Dutton, might be among those joining Beth and Rip at the ranch. It’s been mentioned that he wishes to depart from the ranch this season, but we can’t forget his wife Monica, skillfully played by Kelsey Absille.

Their son Tate, played by Breckin Merrill, would be a wise choice to add to the spinoff, as he has already bonded with Beth and Rip’s son Carter which was highlighted again on last week’s episode.

Jennifer Landon, the actress portraying Teeter, could potentially return, as she previously worked at the 6666 Ranch. There’s even speculation that she might appear in a spinoff series.

As a devoted follower, I can confidently say that Thomas Rainwater, portrayed by Gil Birmingham and who shares a lasting friendship with the show’s creator, Taylor Sheridan, is highly probable to make an appearance on the series.

His loyal assistant Mo, played by Mo Brings Plenty, would be a smart save as well.

Additionally, it’s possible that we might see more of the character Evelyn Dutton, portrayed by Gretchen Mol. It’s likely that she will appear in flashback sequences, serving as Beth’s mother.

And there is a chance flashback scenes could include a young John Dutton, played by Josh Lucas.

It could be wise to rehire Bella Hadid, who performed exceptionally well as the confident equestrian girlfriend of Sheridan’s arrogant horse trainer.
