As a dedicated follower of entertainment news, I have witnessed many ups and downs in the lives of our beloved celebrities. However, the recent lawsuit filed by Dawn Olivieri against numerous individuals for making false statements about her and her horse sanctuary, Moon Mountain, is a new low, even for Hollywood drama.

Actress Dawn Olivieri, known for her role in Yellowstone, has filed a lawsuit against several individuals whom she alleges have spread false information. Specifically, she accuses them of making shocking claims that she mistreated or even harmed and killed horses.

43-year-old actress filed a legal document recently, claiming that the accusations against her have harmed her career, as reported by TMZ on the 5th day of this week.

DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Olivieri and have yet to hear back.

In the lawsuit, the actress alleges that several individuals have made false statements about her in order to damage her partnerships with third-party organizations and businesses.

According to Olivieri, it’s possible that one of the prospective collaborations involved Dickies, a well-known brand in workwear, since she initiated a project with them.

Yet, she alleges that when she uploaded promotional photos on social media, users collaborated intentionally to sabotage her brand partnerships.

She asserts that multiple individuals who are well-known for their equine expertise have spread untruths regarding the horses residing at her Moon Mountain sanctuary.

According to Olivieri, some allegations made against her were that she compelled animals to drink unclean water, advocated for the deliberate withholding of food from horses, and went so far as to kill newly-born Arabian horses.

In my professional journey as a lifestyle expert, I find myself embroiled in a legal dispute where I allege that my collaboration with Dickies was derailed by the allegations against them. This incident has also cast a shadow on my prospects for future brand partnerships.

Essentially, it’s been claimed by many horse influencers that Moon Mountain’s practices have resulted in a high number of deceased horses. However, don strongly denies these allegations, asserting they are without foundation.

As reported by TMZ, Olivieri asserts that she directly contacted the accused parties, but they’ve chosen not to cease their accusations against her.

Consequently, the actress has initiated a lawsuit due to the harm inflicted on her reputation and potential business partnerships.

Besides, Olivieri is also filing a lawsuit for additional claims such as cyberharassment and unlawful entry into the sanctuary.

“One of the more significant claims made by the actress was that she faced ‘terroristic threats’ following an event where one of the defendants reportedly stated they could make her ‘disappear.'”

Olivieri plays two characters in the Yellowstone universe including Sarah Atwood on the flagship.

Besides this role, she also depicts Claire Dutton in the Paramount+ series 1883, a show that delves into the origins of the franchise’s storyline.

She’s had a two-decade-long career, starting back in 2004. During this time, she appeared on the TV show House of Lies from 2012 to 2016, and starred in the films Bright (released in 2017) and Den of Thieves (released in 2018).
