Yazmin Oukhellou, 31, shares painful recovery snap and reveals details about her latest cosmetic surgeries as she admits going under the knife for the last eight years

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve seen firsthand how common cosmetic procedures have become, and Yazmin Oukhellou recently opened up about her own journey. She shared a photo showing her recovery after undergoing surgery in Turkey – and admitted she’s been having procedures for the past eight years. It’s a really honest look at the choices people make and the recovery process that follows.

The 31-year-old reality star shared a selfie on Instagram showing her face bruised and bandaged, and revealed she was wearing a compression vest.

I’m a big follower of Yazmin, and she recently shared that she had some procedures done – a facelift and liposuction. She was really clear though, that she wasn’t trying to convince anyone to get surgery, she just wanted to be open and honest with all of us about what she’s had done.

The TV personality explained that despite being swollen, bruised, and sore, she was confident that she would be happy with the eventual results, even though recovery wouldn’t happen overnight.

Yazmin penned:  ‘3 days post-op… swollen, bruised and sore, but trusting the process 

I recently had a facelift, a neck and jaw lift, and liposuction around my entire midsection. This photo shows me during the recovery process, and I’m focusing on letting my body heal at its own pace.

She said she was nervous before her recent surgery, but emphasized she was having it for her own well-being. She also acknowledged she expects to receive negative comments online for sharing details about it.

She filmed herself getting ready at the hotel that morning and then showed the process of being prepped for her procedure in the preparation area.

Her next Instagram Story slide showed her recovering as her face was taped up at the sides. 

Yasmin became a main cast member on TOWIE in 2017, largely thanks to the drama surrounding her relationship with James Lock.

One of her TOWIE co-stars, Bobby Norris, recently had another cosmetic surgery procedure.

Bobby recently revealed he’s been having trouble sleeping since having more cosmetic procedures done to his face and neck, including surgery on his lower eyelids.

The star, 39, sparked concern as he continued to display his extremely swollen and bruised face.

He sighed, saying he was up another night unable to sleep. He wasn’t sure why he’d been having so much trouble sleeping the past few nights.

I’m heading to the hospital early this morning to see my surgeon. Someone is picking me up at 10am, and I’m glad I’ll finally get to see him.

Even though I took pain medication, I’m still struggling to sleep. I’ve managed to doze off for short periods, maybe an hour at a time, but that’s it.

He wrote with his post: ‘Can’t sleep and craving Chinese food… Is anyone else having trouble sleeping after surgery?’

Anesthesia can disrupt your sleep schedule for a few days. I had a really uneven first week recovering, but I’m glad to be back to my normal, though admittedly sleepless, routine.
