Yahoo Serious still REFUSES to leave the multimillion-dollar beachside home he was accused of squatting in – despite being issued a court order

In a show of resistance, Yahoo Serious flatly declines to vacate the lavish Sydney residence that authorities have claimed he’s been illegally occupying.

This week, a serious 72-year-old individual made an appearance on the program A Current Affair. The landlord who managed a property in Sydney’s Palm Beach decided to approach the former movie star, following some issues between them.

It’s reported that he resides unlawfully, accompanied by his Jack Russell terrier, within the luxurious mansion owned by Charles Phillip Porter, who currently lives in a nursing home at over ninety years old.

The actor had been ordered to exit the multi-storey house on Barrenjoey Road by August 4.

Margaret Charlton serves as both the property owner (Charles Phillip Porter) and the person with legal authority (power of attorney), managing the property while Charles resides in a nursing home.

She told ACA she needed to sell the property to pay for Porter’s mounting nursing home fees.

In simpler terms, Margaret explained, ‘According to the court order, the right to possess the property is on hold until the 4th of August, at which point it will be returned to me.’

Margaret then entered the property, surprised to find Yahoo still inside.

Reporter Pippa Bradshaw informed the Young Einstein star that you’ve been residing in this property as Margie has been attempting to sell it to cover the costs of Philip’s elderly care services.

‘He’s got dementia – he can sell the property,’ Serious flippantly replied.

Upon learning that Charlton couldn’t sell the property because Serious was living there, he firmly asserted that he wasn’t illegally residing (as a squatter) and was feeling quite unwell instead.

‘I’m not squatting – [I’m] surviving,’ Serious said.

‘Look at the weather out there – it’s really, really dangerous.’

Moving crew came later to clear out the belongings from the property, but Serious was determined not to leave.

Charlton mentioned that despite our efforts to remove all the old furniture for a house sale, Yahoo remains unwilling to leave.

She mentioned that if Serious persisted in ignoring the court order, the predicament could quickly become more severe.

I’ve made arrangements for a law enforcement officer, commonly known as a sheriff, to handle any necessary issues. If this individual refuses to comply, I will need to escalate the situation by contacting the police. They will be responsible for ensuring his peaceful removal from the premises.

In an interview with the Daily Mail last July, Serious asserted that he was not illegally occupying the property, contradicting a court ruling that had set a timeline for him to leave.

‘You’ve got it all wrong,’ he insisted.

Charlton revealed to Daily Mail Australia that the ex-celebrity has incurred approximately $70,000 in expenses for a nursing home, as he had decided against vacating the property.

Back in March, it was brought before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal that Serious previously resided in a granny flat situated under a run-down house. This property is nestled among the grand estates overlooking beautiful Pittwater.

It was revealed that the tribunal learned that the property’s owner permitted Serious to reside in the guest house due to the fact that the previous film actor was homeless, living in an old BMW car, but subsequently moved into the primary residence once Mr. Porter entered a care facility.

On April 24, the tribunal initially gave  Serious six weeks to move out, Charlton told Daily Mail.

‘But his lawyer said he needed 12 weeks because he’s a sick man with lymphoma,’ she said.

In a sudden burst of fame, this individual, known for his distinctive unruly hairstyle, gained notoriety after appearing in the 1988 film “Young Einstein” and later in “Reckless Kelly” in 1993.

However, after experiencing difficult circumstances, he was sheltered by Porter and Charlton a few years back. Lately, there have been worries about his well-being due to his emaciated appearance.

Serious argued that he should be permitted to stay at the residence as he takes care of Mr. Porter, a claim fiercely contested by Ms. Charlton.

As a devoted admirer, I’d like to share that this individual, whom we affectionately refer to as Phillip, rather than Charles, holds a special place in our family circle. He’s been there through thick and thin, year after year.

‘He’s never been married, never had children, so he made me power of attorney and trustee.

Due to his advanced age and the onset of dementia, he struggled with self-care, leading me to take over his cooking duties.

It’s important to clarify that Yahoo wasn’t acting as his caregiver. He didn’t perform personal care tasks such as bathing or dressing him. Instead, I would wash his clothes, and we would hire a cleaning service.
