X Factor’s Wagner Looks Unrecognizable! See His Wild Transformation!

15 years after attaining fame on the legendary ITV program, the renowned figure from The X Factor, Wagner Fiuza-Carrilo, recently unveiled an astonishing change in his appearance.

69-year-old artist soared to popularity with his eccentric stage presence, amassing an enormous following that propelled him into week eight of the contest.

After my endeavor to establish a hair transplant business in the UK didn’t work out, I found myself heading back home to Brazil. Yet, the allure of the UK brought me back, and here I am once more.

Even at the brink of my 70th year, I proudly flaunted my freshly chiseled body during a recent interview on FUBAR Radio, proving that age is just a number when it comes to staying fit and fabulous!

In conversation with the host Andrew White, Wagner discussed his choice of returning to the United Kingdom, explaining that he had spent 22 months in Brazil before coming back in December. His reason for going was to establish a Vinci hair clinic franchise there.

A clinic specializing in hair transplants, but I found the lifestyle unbearable. My initial idea was to establish the clinic there and manage it remotely from here, but that proved impractical.

Instead of keeping the item, I decided to return it to the Da Vinci Hair Clinic, which is owned by a close friend of mine. Now, I’m back there myself.

In 2010, Wagner found sudden fame after appearing on The X Factor’s seventh season. He advanced up to the quarterfinals in the over-28s category, under the guidance of judge Louis Walsh.

The performer gained affection by blending iconic tunes into a single, unforgettable act, like “She Bangs” and “Love Shack.

In the end, he was knocked out during the quarterfinals, ultimately placing sixth after a contest with his fellow category member, Mary Byrne, who won the sing-off.

Wagner, whose hobbies are body building kand karate, goes to the gym six or seven days a week.

During the recorded interview, Wagner casually displayed his striking new grey beard, suggesting it aids him in evading enthusiastic fans.

He mentioned that he finds it advantageous as they take time to recognize him when he’s only sporting a mustache. Occasionally, car horns honk at him, and wherever he goes, people shout “Wagner, Wagner,” which he enjoys greatly.

Even though I grow older, and I’m not fond of my neck despite regular exercise, I found that the best solution for me is to wear makeup. When others ask if I’m Wagner, I humorously reply that I’m his father instead.

The artist delved into the demise of The X Factor, as the series was put on hold by ITV executives back in 2018 due to a drop in viewership numbers.

He pointed out: ‘People are engrossed in their phones, swiping away, with barely a glance for the TV. This is one factor contributing to the demise of shows like The X Factor.’

Indeed, one significant factor contributed to my departure was the declining demand for physical records. Consequently, the organizers could no longer provide any rewards for the winners, which was a crucial aspect that drew me to participate in the first place.

Given that we can’t provide a significant reward for the winner and there’s been a decline in viewers, it seems the event has come to an end.

These days, one could amass countless views on platforms like YouTube or TikTok, yet remain unrecognized while strolling down the street. In essence, the accomplishments I’ve made are now beyond reach.

In December 2010, Wagner and his companion Lydia crossed paths for the first time at a concert held in Dudley. This encounter took place just a few weeks following his elimination from The X Factor during the quarterfinals.

Regarding the 36-year age difference between them, the artist maintains that he’s unfazed by it since, in his perspective, his spirit remains ageless.

Since his appearance on The X Factor a dozen years ago, Wagner has consistently taken on performances, and he’s supplemented his income by creating customized video messages as well.

As a lifestyle aficionado, I proudly admit that I ignited the trend of personalized messages by platforms like Cameo, following Lydia’s suggestion to monetize fan interactions by offering custom video clips.

Apart from sharing this information, he mentioned that he maintains contact with several past X Factor competitors such as Sam Bailey, Mary Byrne, Rebecca Ferguson, and Tracy Cohen. Additionally, an interesting tidbit is that he has preserved a pair of sunglasses which were gifted to him by Zayn Malik from One Direction.
