The X Factor celebrity appeared nearly unidentifiable as he celebrated New Year’s Eve together with his companion, Amy Campbell.

In 2008, I catapulted into prominence, having charmed audiences worldwide as a youthful contender hailing from Northern Ireland on a renowned talent show, presenting myself with an unforgettable baby-faced charm.

Under Simon Cowell’s guidance, Eoghan ultimately came in third place during the contest, with JLS and later champion Alexandra Burke placing ahead of him.

Nowadays, I’m hardly recognizable compared to my past self, as the adorable spiky-haired troubadour has been replaced by a muscular, heavily-inked gentleman sporting a beard.

As an overjoyed fan, I can’t help but marvel at the beautiful transformation of my beloved performer. He’s immersed himself so deeply into family life that it’s simply heartwarming! In April 2023, his family expanded with the arrival of little Camden, and Emmy Belle joined them in April 2021. But that’s not all – he’s also lending a helping hand in raising Amy’s two children, Cooper and Milla, from her previous relationship. What a loving and caring father he’s become!

Eoghan enjoys posting about his life on Instagram, and during the holiday season, he’s been particularly busy on social media platforms, sharing multiple photos and videos showcasing his holiday activities.

Amy and Eoghan, a couple since 2015, reside with their kids in Derry, having bought their house there in 2019.

Before the arrival of their daughter Emmy, Eoghan shared that he was extremely joyful and thrilled, almost as if floating on cloud nine, about starting his journey as a father.

He told The Belfast Telegraph: ‘We are both delighted, absolutely over the moon.

2020, a peculiar and challenging year for all of us, has unexpectedly become an extraordinary and unforgettable one. We’re thrilled to hear such wonderful news that will forever mark this year positively in our memories.

After The X Factor concluded, the celebrity swapped the stage for the library, choosing instead to embark on a university experience.

The former TV personality also explored new career passions over the years.

Speaking as a lifestyle enthusiast who appreciates sports, particularly football, I myself took my skills to Coagh United F.C. back in 2015, and later advanced to Portstewart F.C., competing within the Northern Ireland Intermediate League.

He also worked as a presenter for Q Radio, where he presented a segment called #QuiggOnQ.

It’s fortunate for the fans that Eoghan remains dedicated to his origins, continuing his career as a singer. He has successfully carved out a niche for himself as a sought-after wedding entertainer, while also gracing bars and restaurants with his performances.

This past week, he shared several photos from multiple weddings he officiated, expressing gratitude for the experience and anticipating his scheduled ceremonies in 2025.

He wrote: ‘I’m grateful to everyone who scheduled me for 2024. Whether it was at the bars, restaurants, or as a chosen vendor for wedding ceremonies, it was truly an honor.’

I’m excited to take a well-earned break, but I can’t wait to jump back into things for the year 2025! My calendar is wide open for next year, so don’t hesitate to reach out right away if you need music for any special events you have planned.

In July, Eoghan looked back at his time on The X Factor and shared that he holds countless cherished memories from the experience. He feels fortunate to be among those who had a positive overall journey during the show’s run.

Despite this, he admitted that he wouldn’t want his own children do follow in his footsteps.

He shared with Belfast Live, “I wouldn’t encourage my children to follow in my footsteps because it’s challenging, and there’s an abundance of social media today. With the internet being so accessible, kids now face a lot more pressure to conform to certain standards. Back then, there wasn’t as much negativity surrounding the show.

Eoghan mentioned that his time on the reality show was a positive one for him, but he thinks his experience might have been different if he joined it now.

He expressed: ‘I discovered not everyone will appreciate you; you must simply accept it and move forward. Growing up swiftly, I was merely a schoolchild from an ordinary, working-class background. In the blink of an eye, my world underwent a dramatic change.’

However, it’s worth noting that everyone at home was incredibly encouraging, and I strongly believe that almost every teenager would choose participating in X-Factor over studying for their GCSEs. I never experienced any anxiety because I had the right support system, and post-show, I was fortunate enough to have a brilliant tour manager.
