Inherent Skill
- Blueprint: Mornye’s Energy Regen is increased by 10%. Dealing Intro Skill restores 20 Concerto Energy, triggered once every 20s. Casting Basic Attack – Wide Area Observation Mode Stage 3 restores 20 Concerto Energy, triggered once every 20s.
- Boundedness: Proof of Boundedness lasts for 60s and can be gained once every 5 min. When the active Resonator would take damage greater than 30% of their Max HP, they instead take damage equal to 30% of their Max HP. This effect can trigger up to 3 times and is removed on the 3rd trigger. When Proof of Boundedness is removed, the active Resonator restores HP equal to 150% of Mornye’s DEF.
Resonance Chain
Her resonance chain includes a variety of skills. Take a quick look at her resonator chain:
| Resonance Chain | Effect |
|---|---|
| The Silent Observer | Makes her key attacks immune to interruption, allows Interfered Marker even on unmarked targets, links Observation Marker with Interfered Marker, and extends Interfered Marker duration by 150%, enhancing control and team damage potential. |
| The Entropic Morning Star | Increases all nearby Resonators’ Off-Tune buildup by 20% and boosts Crit Rate against targets with Interfered Marker, scaling with Mornye’s Energy Regen, improving team burst efficiency. |
| Blueprint of Recursion | Casting Distributed Array restores 25 Concerto Energy and all Relative Momentum once every 25s, improving skill uptime and rotation. |
| Latent Variables of the Cosmos | Strengthens High Syntony Field healing by 30%, enhancing her sustained support capabilities. |
| The Clock-Slow Effect | Boosts the damage of Resonance Liberation – Critical Protocol by 40% and Tune Rupture Response – Particle Jet by 160%, increasing her burst and reactive damage. |
| Till the Last of Stars | Resonance Liberation now deals two extra Fusion DMG instances at 400% each, restores 10% of her Max Resonance Energy, and reduces cooldowns after 4s of inactivity, providing powerful burst and faster skill rotation. |
Why should you pull for Mornye in WuWa
Her initial numbers are good, but we need more information to know how well she’ll perform in a real battle. However, the resonator appears to be a beneficial addition to the team.

WuWa Mornye Best Echoes
Here’s what we know so far about her echoes:
Recommended Echo Set
She suggests using the ‘Fallacy of No Return’ echo set. For a primary setup, you can choose either the 5-piece ‘Rejuvenating Glow’ or ‘Reactor Husk’ set, both costing 4 energy for 3 pieces, 1 for the fourth, and 1 for the fifth.
One option helps her boost her team’s damage and overall support. It quickly restores energy and increases attack power, creating a well-rounded and strong team. The other option mainly focuses on defense, offering extra support and energy recovery for everyone.
Echo Stats Prioritization
The set should be in a 4-3-3-1-1 Echo formation.
- Four-Cost Echo: Healing Bonus / DEF
- Three-Cost Echo: Energy Regen / DEF
- One-Cost Echo: DEF
