Wrexham FC Fans Shower Blake Lively with Love Amid Legal Battle
In a surprising turn of events, the supporters of the Welsh football team, Wrexham A.F.C., are lending their backing to Blake Lively in her ongoing legal dispute with Justin Baldoni.
Over a prolonged period, Blake has faced intense examination and negative comments following her legal action against her It Ends With Us colleague Justin, alleging sexual misconduct and reprisal.
As an ardent admirer speaking up, let me rephrase: I firmly refute the accusations levied against me and have taken legal action with a defamation and extortion lawsuit worth $400 million, targeting her, Ryan, and our publicist Leslie Sloane. This case is set to be adjudicated in court come March 2026.
However, despite any criticism, Wrexham supporters continue to stand by the couple, declaring unwavering support for their celebrated ownership. They refuse to listen to any negative comments about their star managers.
On Saturday, Wrexham AFC achieved an impressive feat by securing their third consecutive promotion and moving up to the Championship. Blake and Ryan were there to witness this significant event.
The pair found themselves amidst a sea of Wrexham supporters, and later, Blake expressed her gratitude for the kindness and affection they had displayed towards her.

In a series of photos from the game, Blake posted on Instagram: “Thank you to Wrexham_afc and the entire town, everyone who traveled from afar, as well as everyone on the field and behind the scenes – from groundskeepers to stewards, gift shop staff to trainers, kit managers to those who write the chants. ”
This version is more concise and easier to read, while still conveying the original message.
‘History was made yesterday not just with you, but because of you.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I can’t help but express my constant gratitude for the comforting warmth and heartfelt embraces you offer not just to me, but also to my dear ones. Such affection is typically reserved for our closest kin, making it all the more special when shared beyond family circles.
The spark in your eyes and the zest in your laughter is truly enchanting. What an unforgettable day it was! I’m grateful for you being such a significant part of our daily lives.
‘Kudos to the whole team, their loved ones, and the exceptional Phil Parkinson! You remind us all that even the most challenging dreams can be achieved.’ 🌟
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I find myself resonating deeply with the “crazy ones, misfits, rebels, troublemakers, round pegs in square holes… those who perceive things from an unconventional angle.” You, @robmcelhenney and vancityreynolds, embody this spirit, and I am grateful for the unique energy and camaraderie you both infuse into my life, as well as the lives of your families and countless others.
Congratulations to the Wrexham AFC Women team for another fantastic season! We’re incredibly proud of your achievements, and we appreciate all you do to inspire young girls and help them pursue their dreams.
One of my standout moments from last night was watching numerous young girls playing soccer while donning Wrexham jerseys.

In the year 2020, Rob McElhenney, known for his role in It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, along with another individual, purchased Wrexham AFC for £2 million. At that time, the football club was struggling in non-league football. However, since then, under McElhenney’s leadership, it has seen unparalleled success.
In response to a lawsuit, Blake has had to restrict Instagram comments, yet she remains a frequent attendee at the games. The locals of Wrexham have extended their support to her.
Harry Gould, the cafe proprietor at age 29, expressed; “Ryan has been terrific for our team and community. He’s contributed greatly to this area, and we hold him in high regard. We wholeheartedly support Ryan.
On Thursday following the TIME100 Gala, it’s clear that Blake found solace in having something else to focus on, as she faced criticism for her speech afterward.
In her talk, Blake indirectly mentioned her legal dispute with her ex-colleague Justin, as she disclosed an incident where her mother was attacked by a work associate in the past.
She mentioned that there’s a lot she wants to share about the past two years in her life, but this isn’t the right place for it, as it seems she’s referring to an ongoing legal dispute with Justin.
Instead, she decided to speak about ‘the feeling of being a woman who has a voice today.’
Blake mentioned that her mother, Willie Elaine McAlpin, had the greatest impact on her life. This remarkable woman endured the heinous act that is considered the worst crime possible against a woman.

She mentioned that her mother didn’t receive justice from a coworker who tried to harm her, an incident that occurred when she was raising three small children, well before you were around.
Blake mentioned that it was a woman who had a similar experience, as shared over the radio, whom her mother thanked for helping to save her life.
Through a heartfelt account, the woman vividly recounted her harrowing escape. Instead of being overwhelmed by dread and unjust embarrassment, my mother listened to this story. As a result, she survived – a life saved by an anonymous woman whose identity will forever remain unknown.
In another sense, she described womanhood as an unspoken agreement among us where we demonstrate to others, both physically and metaphorically, the means of endurance.
‘We hide the truth from our daughters, but eventually we reveal it to them when they are older. The secret is that they may not be safe at work, home, or anywhere else due to their gender. This includes places like parking lots, medical offices, and online spaces. It’s a harsh reality that they have been playing dress-up as princesses, but unfortunately, it’s a truth that many women face.’
Blake stated that the ‘strength of women’s victory’ is a ‘fundamental human entitlement,’ furthermore, he emphasized, ‘Never undervalue a woman’s capacity for perseverance in the face of hardship.’
Additionally, she acknowledged Ryan, expressing gratitude towards “every gentleman, such as my dear spouse, who display kindness and goodness in private moments.
However, the audience seemed underwhelmed by the speech, quickly voicing their disapproval on social media platforms, accusing Blake of using her mother’s traumatic experience as a calculated public relations strategy during her ongoing dispute with Justin.
As a devoted admirer, I can’t help but express my disappointment when the actress chose to reference her mother’s struggle during her speech, despite staying mum about domestic violence when endorsing “It Ends With Us,” a movie that she both directed and starred alongside Justin, and which vividly depicted an abusive relationship.
