WoW The War Within Race to World First: Nerub-ar Palace now live!
As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of World of Warcraft under my belt, I can’t help but feel a thrill in my bones as the Race to World First (RWF) for the Nerub-ar Palace begins! The anticipation is always palpable when it comes to these events, and this time is no exception.
Which guild will make history?
Just as in past years, a fresh Race to World First (RWF) competition has begun! This round focuses on conquering the Mythic Ner’zhul’s Lair, also known as the Nerub-ar Palace, in the World of Warcraft: The War Within expansion.
WoW Race to World First Nerub-ar Palace
On September 17th, teams are working diligently to complete the Mythic Nerub-ar Palace raid in World of Warcraft: The War Within. The objective is clear – to vanquish Queen Ansurek! But, before reaching her, players must successfully navigate through various challenges like Ulgrax the Devourer, Rasha’nan, and Nexus-Princess Ky’veza, among others.

Each of these guilds boasts an ornate background in World of Warcraft (WoW) esports competitions, not just those affiliated with the RWF. For instance, Liquid clinched the Arena World Championship (AWC) Cup 2 together with Chibaku Tensei way back in February 2024.
During the Dragonflight Season 3, Echo emerged victorious as the champion in the Mythic Dungeon International (MDI), while Method’s team members secured the title of champions at the AWC Grand Finals North America (NA) all the way back in 2021.
