Woman, 35, who shot at Rihanna’s home is charged with attempted MURDER

Police have identified a woman from Florida as the primary suspect in the shooting at Rihanna’s house in Beverly Hills.

Los Angeles police have identified the suspect as 35-year-old Ivanna Ortiz. She is currently being held on $10.2 million bail and faces an attempted murder charge.

I was so shocked to hear about the shooting! Apparently, it happened at Rihanna’s house – the one she shares with A$AP Rocky. Thankfully, she was home at the time, but it must have been terrifying.

Police say the suspect fired several shots from her car at the location. Fortunately, no one was hurt.

According to radio dispatch reports obtained by the LA Times, ten or more shots were fired from a white Tesla before the driver sped away.

When police began searching for the car, they shared details over the radio, noting the woman had braided hair and was wearing a cream-colored top.

The car was also noted as being very dirty underneath. A police helicopter quickly located it in a Sherman Oaks parking lot, leading to her arrest.

According to a source familiar with the situation, the couple was largely unaware of what occurred and didn’t receive much information about it, as reported by The New York Post.

According to the same source, Rocky was out when the shooting happened. He and his partner have three children: RZA, age three; Riot, age two; and Rocki, who is five months old.

Police are investigating the incident with the LAPD’s Robbery-Homicide Division handling the case. The reason behind it wasn’t immediately known.
