Wiz Khalifa and girlfriend Aimee Aguilar welcome their first child together, a girl
As a movie lover and a keen observer of celebrity news, I can’t help but be both moved and amused by the latest developments in the lives of Wiz Khalifa and Aimee Aguilar. The joy and excitement of welcoming a new baby girl into their family, Kaydence, is certainly a momentous occasion that brings happiness to many. However, I’m also aware that postpartum recovery can be a challenging journey for mothers, and Aguilar’s honesty about her experience resonates with me.
Five years together, Wiz Khalifa and his partner Aimee Aguilar became proud parents to their newborn daughter, Kaydence, on July 17. A week later, Aguilar took to social media to share an update detailing their recent childbirth experience.
A 30-year-old model shared on TikTok on Wednesday her eagerness to resume her gym routine and regain her toned abs. However, she disclosed that she suffered a tear during labor, leading to stitches and postponing her fitness goals.
Additionally, Aguilar provided uplifting remarks for those dealing with self-image concerns post-pregnancy.
“To my fellow moms, you’ll make it through this challenging phase,” she reassured. “In due time, your body will recover and heal at its own pace. Avoid comparing yourself to others in terms of your post-pregnancy figure.”
Khalifa shared his anticipation as a new father to a girl on Instagram, accompanied by a video and caption. He pondered aloud about the numerous outfits he was looking forward to choosing for his little daughter, expressing his excitement with the phrase “I have so many ideas.”
The “See You Again” rapper has an 11-year-old son, Sebastian Taylor, with his ex-wife, Amber Rose.
Khalifa and Aguilar announced on Father’s Day, in June, that they were expecting a baby girl.
During the same month, they shared a video from their baby shower featuring Khalifa and Aguilar enjoying time with loved ones and unveiling a surprise: the name “Kaydence” written on a pink banner.
The newborn joy for the 36-year-old rapper has been marred by an unwelcome incident abroad: He was taken into custody and accused of smoking marijuana during a concert in Romania.
In last night’s show, I was blown away. I want to clarify that my on-stage lighting up was not meant as disrespect towards Romania. The organizers were gracious and understanding, allowing me to carry on with the performance. I’ll be returning soon, but next time, I promise a more impressive setup.
Later in the same day, Khalifa shared a video on Instagram where he was seen smoking marijuana next to the iconic Eiffel Tower. He captioned it, “French vibes taken over.”
