A violinist has filed a lawsuit against Will Smith, alleging sexual harassment and claiming she was wrongly fired.
As reported by Variety, Brian King Joseph, a finalist on America’s Got Talent, filed a lawsuit on December 31, 2025, against Smith and Treyball Studios Management. The lawsuit alleges that Smith engaged in predatory behavior and groomed Joseph for sexual exploitation while on the 2025 Based on a True Story tour.
