On Tuesday, the fitness influencer showcased her physical makeover on Instagram, following the news of her separation from the Love Island celebrity after only seven months of marriage.

In the photos she shared, the 31-year-old demonstrated to her followers the significant transformation in her body, noticeably her well-toned rear end.

The well-known social media personality raised her top slightly, showcasing her sculpted abs and narrow waist, and accentuated her backside in fitted mini short-shorts.

She titled her post, “In celebration of my all-time favorite challenge from @tammyfitapp starting shortly, let’s reminisce for a moment.” She subtly mentioned her personal fitness brand by name.

She wrote, “I was the girl who didn’t know how to begin, and I was the girl who struggled with feeling at ease within herself.

‘I’ve had my share of stops and starts, and I’ve also persevered through many challenges. But in doing so, I discovered my own strength and resilience.’

She emphasized that regardless of the point you’re at in your fitness progression, it’s always appropriate to prioritize yourself and take action.

Tammy commented, “This latest task is designed especially for ladies similar to you (and myself). It’s meant to make you feel powerful, proud, and yourself once more.

Tammy told her followers that her preferred workout consists mainly of exercises for the glutes, involving the entire body.

It comes after Tammy revealed she ‘didn’t recognise herself’ during her marriage to Matt, 29.

On Sunday, the influencer disclosed that she’s been focusing on fitness and has shed some pounds since her divorce.

On Instagram, she posted a video showcasing her appearance both during and following her time with Matt. Notably, Tammy appears to have lost weight and built muscle over the past few weeks.

As I find my footing once more, I can honestly say that I’m starting to feel like me again amidst the challenging and highly-publicized separation.

In her post, Tammy said, “I’m gradually feeling more like my old self. Honestly, I hardly recognize the person in those early videos.

She noted that at times you might not feel motivated, but you’ll never regret taking the initiative and investing in yourself. In line with this thought, she also endorsed her fitness application.

Tammy and Matt confirmed they had split on social media last month.

Matt shared on his Instagram Story that he and his partner have chosen to part ways, emphasizing that this difficult decision didn’t come easily.

‘It’s with a heavy heart I share that Tammy and I have decided to separate,’ Matt began.

We’ve both found it challenging to come to a decision, but it’s crucial that we prioritize our own needs as well as hers and the welfare of her three kids.

He emphasized that the decision was not made lightly; rather, it was something deeply considered. The memories shared will remain precious and indelible in our hearts, he continued. Moreover, he expressed gratitude towards the fans for their unwavering support and kindly requested for some privacy at this time.

Regardless of the brief duration of their marriage, both individuals have requested seclusion while they adapt to life following their separation.

In his heartfelt message, Matt expressed gratitude for everyone’s understanding and patience while they go through their separation process.

Later on, Tammy spoke up about the separation in a heartfelt TikTok video, revealing that she had chosen to file for divorce.

She informed fans that she prefers not to delve deeply into specifics and aims to show consideration for all parties involved.

Tammy went on, her voice trembling, admitting, ‘It’s clear that when you get married, you expect it to last a lifetime. And I take full responsibility for the situation.’

When it comes to my romantic involvements, I haven’t always made the wisest decisions. I tend to view situations through optimistic lenses.

It’s clear that the most challenging aspect for me is having children. I’m not concerned about my own well-being, as I believe I’ll be alright, but I can’t help feeling terrible.

On November 23, Tammy and Matt exchanged vows during a stunning wedding at the Chateau Du Soleil in Byron Bay.

They became engaged in December 2023 after dating for just three months.
