Wild new claim about Jackie ‘O’ Henderson shows her fight with Kyle Sandilands is ‘far from over’ as she takes extended leave following on-air bust up

As a lifestyle observer, I’m seeing things heat up between Jackie ‘O’ Henderson and Kyle Sandilands. There’s a lot of talk right now, and honestly, some whispers that Jackie might not be back on KIIS FM. It’s a surprising development, and fans are definitely starting to worry about the future of their partnership.

Last week, 51-year-old Henderson stepped away from her job after a heated argument with 54-year-old Sandilands on air. The disagreement reportedly stemmed from concerns about Henderson’s performance.

On Friday, February 20th, the 50-year-old radio personality became emotional after Kyle criticized her interest in astrology, saying it was interfering with her job.

The popular radio host was expected to return to work this week, but didn’t appear on the show Monday. Kyle Sandilands announced to listeners that his colleague would be taking another week off.

According to a source in the entertainment industry, there are still serious concerns about the future of this famous pair.

Entertainment journalist Peter Ford said on 3AW radio Monday morning that it’s possible Henderson won’t be back.

According to Ford, the future of Kyle and Jackie O as a radio partnership is seriously uncertain, with significant doubts about whether they’ll continue working together.

Some people have told me that if this were a competition, they wouldn’t bet on me to win.

There’s a $200 million deal that’s probably going to be cancelled. And I’ve heard she likely won’t be returning.

Ford mentioned that a meeting took place on Friday between KIIS executives and Henderson’s representative, Gemma O’Neill, but it didn’t resolve the issue as hoped.

According to him, Gemma, Jackie O’s manager, had a phone call with radio executives on Friday.

Management expected the two parties to resolve their differences quickly and return to broadcasting today.

However, Ford claimed the meeting took a different turn.

Ford also noted that during his outburst, Sandilands said KIIS staff had apparently told him Henderson wasn’t focused, and he claimed this had ‘really upset’ her.

It’s still uncertain if Henderson will be back on the radio, and Ford mentioned some people in the industry actually want to dissolve the current partnership.

He said several well-known women have urged Jackie O not to return and to instead defend herself.

Kyle’s been asked to not get involved. Someone said they’d take care of the problem, but so far, nothing’s been done, and I don’t think they’re going to fix it.

Ford added that some people within the radio network are actually hoping the issue isn’t fixed. They realize the $200 million contract is so unreasonable that the network will likely never recoup its costs.

Sandilands expressed his ‘regret’ over the fiery on-air clash that left Jackie in tears.

An emotional Henderson said she was deeply ‘offended’ by his brutal comments during the clash.

Last Wednesday, Sandilands admitted he wished he had handled things differently.

I clearly bothered her. Looking back, I probably shouldn’t have said that while we were live on the radio. But we often say things without thinking when we’re on the air here.

I didn’t intend to upset her, but clearly I did, and I’m sorry for that. No one wants to cause pain, especially to someone they care about.

I’m not sure what’s going to happen, but the show is continuing as planned. I’m letting management handle everything from here on out, he said.

Sandilands explained he simply wants to return to broadcasting with everyone feeling good about the situation. He expressed a desire for everyone involved to be happy and enjoy the process, including himself.

He playfully said he’d replace anyone on the production team without hesitation if it meant getting his co-star instead, implying he valued them above all others.

The Daily Mail has contacted Jackie O Henderson and representatives for the Kyle & Jackie O show, requesting a statement.
