Paris Ow-Yang has wreaked havoc across Sydney’s eastern suburbs since the moment she turned 18.

In the past two years, I’ve found myself standing before a judge not once, but twice – my most recent encounter being an altercation that led to assault charges. Yet here I am, hand-in-hand with Rocket Stickney, who himself was grappling with legal issues when we first caught each other’s eye in December. As they say, opposites attract!

However, Daily Mail Australia has exclusively disclosed that the daughter of esteemed Sydney neurosurgeon Dr. Michael Ow-Yang has broken up with her 29-year-old US Navy SEAL boyfriend. The relationship, which started promisingly, seems to have lost its spark and fizzled out shortly after it began.

Paris and Rocket first appeared together as a couple on December 7, during an uncomfortable excursion in Sydney, accompanied by Dr Ow-Yang.

In more recent times, I’ve witnessed a series of intoxicated outbursts from the good doctor’s daughter, who happens to be a popular figure on OnlyFans. My tolerance was truly put to the test when she embarked on a relationship with Rocket, a man not only a decade her senior but also embroiled in allegations of sexual assault, which he has since been cleared of.

Initially, Rocket appeared before a magistrate at Parramatta on July 1st, 2023, charged with one count of non-consensual sexual activity. Four days later, authorities sought and were granted an Apprehended Violence Order (AVO) in Downing Centre Local Court.

Based on the terms of his bail, Rocket was instructed to relinquish his U.S. passport, refrain from leaving Australia, and avoid applying for any other travel documents that might allow him to go abroad.

Every Wednesday, I found myself making my way to the Bondi Police Station, a place that seemed to be an unwelcome part of my routine. Moreover, I was bound to reside at a specific location and steer clear of the lady mentioned in the Apprehended Violence Order (AVO) and any other potential witnesses in the case. It’s like I’m navigating through life with invisible boundaries, but I have to respect them.

Last year, on February 22, Rocket asserted his innocence in response to a rape allegation, and he repeated this claim of non-guilt during his court appearance at the Downing Centre District Court on April 5 for formal arraignment.

This week’s court schedule had the case slated for trial on Monday, but when Rocket stood before Judge John Pickering on November 26 of the previous year, the prosecution decided to drop the charges.

The Director of Public Prosecutions decided not to pursue any more actions, however, the Application for a Violence Restraining Order (AVO) remains active.

In my role as a lifestyle guide, I’d like to clarify a recent development: I can’t disclose the reasoning behind the decision to drop the charges, as it falls outside the scope of my duties and responsibilities. However, rest assured that all decisions made by the DPP are based on thorough investigations and adherence to legal principles.

She stated that the reasons for dropping the case were based on the rules governing prosecutions, and they are protected by legal privilege.

‘As such, we politely decline to comment.’ 

After the issue has been resolved, it’s probable that Rocket feels so hopeful about a new beginning that he won’t linger on his split with Paris, which still seems mysterious as to why it occurred.

A week following his charges being dismissed, Rocket was seen in photographs alongside Paris and her dad, standing tall as they strolled their tiny dachshund together.

In a more subdued athletic style, both Paris and her father dressed for their excursion, whereas Rocket concealed his gaze with dark shades, revealing his multiple tattoos by taking off his shirt and showing off his bare-chested look.

During their stroll, Paris seemed subdued compared to the lively persona she typically showcases on social media platforms like Instagram and OnlyFans. Contrary to this cheerful image, her father maintained a noticeable distance from the pair.

Following their coastal stroll, the group returned to one of the numerous local properties owned by the Ow-Yang family, yet it seemed the surgeon wasn’t relishing his time with Paris and her companion.

The subsequent week saw Paris and Rocket spending time together once more, appearing noticeably content with her father absent from their company.

On a separate note, it was confirmed on December 11 that Paris admitted guilt for three offenses: common assault, intimidation, and damaging property.

At approximately 9 PM on November 7, Paris arrived at her mother Amanda’s residence in Double Bay, which later became the scene of an unsettling event that she was unable to remember clearly, as reported by Waverley Local Court.

In a deeply troubling turn of events, I found myself in a state of uncontrollable anger, using harsh language towards my mother that I deeply regret, calling her names I never intended to use. In an even more alarming escalation, I made a desperate and terrifying threat against myself, and out of desperation, I drove two kitchen knives into the floor, hoping for some release or understanding. This is not who I am, but in my darkest moments, I lost control.

Lawyer Michael Bowe stated that his client had been dealing with numerous psychological issues since her parents separated during childhood, which significantly impacted her mental wellbeing.

Paris received diagnoses for conditions such as depression, anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and an eating disorder.

She frequently resorted to acts of self-injury, excessive alcohol consumption, and impulse buying, all being coping mechanisms stemming from her grief, disbelief, and emotional turmoil.

Mr. Bowe noted that Paris boasted approximately 1.3 million fans on TikTok and around 350,000 on Instagram, yet he failed to disclose the creation of her OnlyFans account, which she established upon reaching adulthood.

He mentioned that Paris experienced multiple mental health issues, which originated following the separation of her parents, around the age of thirteen.

After the breakup, she struggled greatly and sources claimed that her issues only intensified due to a short-lived romance with club proprietor Julian Tobias.

In 2023, Paris found herself involved in fleeting relationships with older gentlemen, such as Julian, who was 44 years old at the time. Following a trip abroad, this romance came to an end shortly after their relationship began, around four months into dating.

An insider said that relationship was destined to fail because the pair had nothing in common.

In addition, Paris attributed an accident involving a car driven under the influence in October 2023 to the tumultuous emotions she experienced due to the sudden end of her relationship with Tobias.

After numbing herself with alcohol for nearly nine hours, she collided her $50,000 black Mercedes with a similar-valued one worth $150,000 in the upscale neighborhood of Point Piper.

Or, more casually:

She subsequently blew 0.213 – more than four times the legal limit for a P-plate driver.

In simpler terms, Paris was found guilty of extreme DUI (driving under the influence) and was given a penalty of $1,000, as well as a two-year probationary sentence.

In December, Mr. Bowe mentioned that Paris has a new partner, although he didn’t reveal his identity. However, he suggested this individual is offering assistance as Paris works towards reorganizing her life.

Mr. Mulroney chose not to address Paris’ recent transgressions using mental health laws as a means. He expressed empathy for individuals struggling with mental health problems, but noted that Paris hadn’t consistently handled her own appropriately.

In this particular circumstance, it appears that Ms. Ow-Yang may not have always prioritized her mental well-being as diligently as she should.

From my perspective, it’s crucial to ensure a stronger assurance that Ms. Ow-Yang will adhere to her mental health treatment plan.

In simpler terms, Mr. Bowe advised Mr. Mulroney against entering a verdict of guilt following Paris’ admission to one charge each of common assault, intimidation, and damaging property in Paris.

‘She’s only 19. She’s got the world in front of her,’ he said.

Mr Mulroney agreed to Mr Bowe’s request and instead imposed a 15-month conditional release order.

According to the decree, Paris is required to follow a mental health care plan and avoid consuming alcohol.

In the context of sentencing, Mr Mulroney stated that domestic violence is a destructive element within our community, and cautioned Paris that if she were to repeat this kind of offense, it would very likely result in her being incarcerated.

Mr Mulroney also placed Paris on an AVO.
