Wife of Ghost Adventures Host Smirks During Murder-For-Hire Court Hearing

In her initial court hearing, a Las Vegas judge instructed the woman facing charges for allegedly hiring an assassin to murder her husband, Aaron Goodwin (a figure from Ghost Adventures), to steer clear of any mischief and maintain a distance from him.

I found myself standing before a judge this past Tuesday, my wrists bound and a heavy belt cinched around me, all adorned in somber blue prison attire, at the Las Vegas Justice Township Court. The occasion was a preliminary hearing, a step that felt anything but routine to someone as passionate about Victoria Goodwin’s story as I am.

At one point during the brief hearing, Victoria, 32, smirked as she looked back at the courtroom.

For the remainder of her time there, she remained silent and seemed worried as she took in the courtroom.

Or

For the duration, she was silent and appeared troubled while observing the courtroom.

Or

She didn’t say a word from then on, looking worried as she watched over the courtroom.

These options maintain the original meaning while using simpler language to make it more accessible.

On March 6, she was taken into custody in Clark County due to allegations of attempting to hire someone for a hit and plotting to kill the 48-year-old paranormal researcher.

The judge granted Victoria’s motion to delay her preliminary hearing and set her bail at $100,000.

In adherence with my bail terms, as detailed in court documents I’ve come across, I have been instructed to maintain a distance from my estranged spouse. This is part of the lifestyle adjustments I am making for now.

During the proceedings, Victoria, with her disheveled golden locks tied loosely in a ponytail, maintained a serious expression. However, she momentarily brightened her countenance by giving a brief, cheerful grin to her lawyer positioned behind her prior to the hearing.

Authorities thwarted Victoria’s plot to hire someone for murder, as they uncovered her correspondence with Florida inmate, Grant Amato, in March of 2024 during their investigation.

Victoria used a smuggled mobile phone belonging to Amato, which he had in prison, to send her text messages secretly.

In prison, the corrections officers confiscated Grant’s mobile phone, leading the police to find text messages from Victoria in which she was accused of offering to pay a hitman $11,515 for killing Aaron. She reportedly agreed to pay $2,500 as an initial payment.

‘Am I a bad person? Because I chose to end his existence. Not divorce?’ she asked in one text.

In a different piece of writing, it appears that Victoria might have stated: ‘Right now, he’s sleeping in his hotel room… Could someone fill me in on the latest developments? Is there any news available? Has the task been completed?’

Back in 2019, I found myself standing trial for the heart-wrenching murders of my beloved family members – my dear parents and cherished brother. The tragic event was sparked by a disagreement over a sum of two hundred thousand dollars that had mysteriously vanished from our coffers, which I had unwisely spent on a mesmerizing webcam artist.

The cameras were capturing the moment when Aaron found out that his former spouse, with whom he had been estranged, had allegedly attempted to hire someone to murder him.

As a lifestyle advisor, I recently made the difficult decision to file for divorce on March 13th. In this separation, I’ve asked that my personal assets remain in my possession, while our jointly-acquired properties are divided equally between us.

Last week, he made changes to his claim requesting more than $10,000 in compensation. Furthermore, he alleged that she was negligent and wrongfully confined him.

In the court document, I detail my behavior as excessively bold or shocking, either deliberately aiming to upset Aaron or displaying a disregard for his emotional well-being.

He experienced intense emotional turmoil, which was directly or indirectly caused by her actions.

Aaron broke his silence over the weekend and thanked his 1.3M social media followers.

He expressed gratitude by saying, “I want to thank everyone who has shown me love and support during these tough emotional times. Your help means a great deal to me.

DailyMail.com has reached out to Victoria’s attorney.
