The trailer seems to jump around between various scenes from the movie, so it’s hard to tell exactly what context surrounds Glinda’s wedding. Given Glinda’s admiration and romantic feelings towards Fiyero, she might fantasize or dream about their wedding, making this possibility quite reasonable. Even if it’s a grand costume and set piece for a dream sequence, it’s not entirely out of the question.

Instead, there could be an obstacle preventing Glinda and Fiyero from getting married.
