Why There’s No New The Neighborhood Tonight (Nov. 24) & When Season 8, Episode 7 Releases

There’s no new episode of The Neighborhood on CBS tonight, November 24th, but it will be back soon. The show, which first aired in 2018, was recently renewed for its eighth and final season. This season is bringing fresh and interesting developments for the Butler and Johnson families.

Season 8 of The Neighborhood has followed several storylines: Tina and Calvin are getting used to Malcolm moving away, Malcolm is secretly writing a book for a famous celebrity, Dave and Gemma are coping with Dave’s job loss and their son Grover starting high school, and Marty and Courtney are navigating life with their daughter as a couple.

On Monday, November 24th, a special 90-minute reunion celebrating the 30th anniversary of Everybody Loves Raymond will air on CBS instead of the usual episode of The Neighborhood. The special includes a cast reunion, a rebuilt set, memories of those stars who have passed away, and behind-the-scenes footage and stories from the cast.

Starting December 1st, The Neighborhood will be on at a new time – 8:30 p.m. It’s swapping timeslots with DMV, which will now air at 8 p.m. The seventh episode of season 8, titled “Welcome to Babies and Bathwater,” will feature Dave starting a home improvement project with Calvin’s assistance, Malcolm seeking writing advice from Gemma, and Courtney dealing with a parenting challenge after a suggestion from Tina.

The next episode of The Neighborhood, titled “Welcome to Secrets and Santa,” will air on December 8th. Holly Robinson Peete returns as Calvin’s ex-girlfriend. Meanwhile, Malcolm’s meeting takes an unexpected turn, Marty considers a serious commitment, and Genna finds herself in the middle of a mix-up.

Many fans are sad to see The Neighborhood end, as it’s a heartwarming and funny show that resonated with a lot of people – much like Everybody Loves Raymond. Even in its final season, the show continues to deliver both laughs and touching moments. It remains as enjoyable as ever, and it’s ending strong. The Neighborhood consistently created a warm and inviting atmosphere for viewers.
