Tammy Hembrow has finally been nominated for a TikTok Award.
I’ve been following this fitness influencer for eight years now, and I’m so thrilled she finally got nominated for Creator of the Year! It feels like a long time coming, and I’m really rooting for her.
The 31-year-old social media personality, with 2.3 million followers, is nominated for the top award alongside Latisha Clark, Ilai Matangi, Jiny Maeng, and Ben Stubbs.
Tammy had a significant year, notably using the platform to share news of her divorce from Matt Zukowski in June.
Her candid confession has helped her connect to fans in a way she hasn’t previously been able to.
Since Tammy announced her divorce on TikTok, she’s been sharing updates about her life with her followers.

In a video discussing her breakup, she explained that she didn’t want to share specifics, and wanted to be respectful of everyone affected.
Tammy, visibly upset and crying, explained that she entered her marriage expecting it to last a lifetime and accepted full responsibility for what had happened.
Let’s be real, relationships haven’t always been my strong suit. I have a tendency to see the best in people, even when maybe I shouldn’t – I definitely have a habit of looking at things through rose-colored glasses. It’s something I’m working on, honestly!
The hardest thing for me is definitely having children. I’m not worried about myself – I know I’ll manage – but I feel terrible about how this affects them.
Matt and Tammy got engaged in December 2023 after just three months of dating.
The couple got married in November 2024, but rumors about them separating started appearing earlier in 2025.
Since her breakup, Tammy has been sharing updates about her life on social media.
After her separation, Tammy shared videos online of herself and her children – Saskia, age nine, Wolf, age ten, and three-year-old Posy – enjoying a vacation.

She recently announced a new collaboration with the dating app Tinder on social media.
She announced she’s starting to date again, and shared that she’s using Tinder to find someone new. She made the announcement in a video taken in her car, while wearing a white T-shirt.
I always seem to be in the news when it comes to dating, but I wanted you to hear it directly from me: I’m starting to date again.
She explained that she thinks people often take dating too seriously, forgetting it should be enjoyable.
I’m exploring the dating scene on Tinder, just checking out what – and who – is out there! Honestly, I’m hoping to connect with people I really click with, and if a relationship blossoms from that, that would be fantastic. It’s all about finding your tribe, right?
She ended the Tinder ad with a playful message: ‘Consider this your sign – it’s time to find someone new on Tinder!’
Voting for the 2025 TikTok Awards has officially opened and closes on the 16th of November
