Actress who stars in Stranger Things grew up in Bournemouth, then moved to Orlando, Florida when she was eight years old – just a short while before her acting career started to skyrocket.

The actress along with her spouse, Jake Bon Jovi, currently reside on a farm nestled in the countryside of Georgia, taking care of an animal sanctuary.

Millie offers followers a peek into her rural lifestyle via Instagram, posting pictures featuring various farm animals such as donkeys, goats, horses, and sheep.

Despite rarely using her phone or primarily assigning social media responsibilities to others, Millie remains knowledgeable about content on social media that excessively romanticizes household chores as part of the “traditional wife” ideal, which seems to advocate a return to more simplistic periods.

She informed Vanity Fair, “I’m not motivated by aesthetics, but rather by my passion for it. Some traditional wives might be attracted to it due to its perceived wholesomeness, yet that’s not the case.

If your daily routine doesn’t involve handling livestock chores such as shoveling manure or bathing cows, then perhaps that lifestyle isn’t suited for you.”

She mentioned on the Smartless podcast in March that this particular activity or interest has been a part of her life even prior to knowing Jake. Her mother gave birth to her first child when she was 21 years old, while her father was only 19.
