Why isn’t Kanye coming home? After MONTHS spent globe-trotting, insiders reveal West is ‘terrified’ of lawsuits… and being dragged into ex-friend Diddy’s sordid scandals

Last week, Kim Kardashian, formerly married to Kanye West, along with their four kids, left their residence in Calabasas, California, due to nearby wildfire flames encroaching on their property.

In case Kim Kardashian was looking for a place to rest her head, she might have found solace in Kanye West’s expansive $35 million mansion located just in the vicinity of Beverly Hills.

This expansive 20,000-square-foot property offers 11 bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, two outdoor swimming pools, and a spa. However, it seems unlikely that he was there, given his absence.

In the last eight months, the unconventional 47-year-old artist, music producer, and businessman has seldom visited the United States.

Despite Kardashian, aged 44, accusing him of being an absent father to their children – North (11), Saint (9), Chicago (6), and Psalm (5) – he has maintained a physical distance. This long absence has sparked curiosity among West’s supporters and critics alike about the reasons behind his prolonged absence.

However, Daily Mail’s exclusive sources claim that West’s absence isn’t due to shirking his parental responsibilities, but rather for another, unrelated reason.

As a lifestyle advisor, I might rephrase it like this: “I’m currently abroad, and it’s not due to my kids but rather the numerous legal disputes I have ongoing in America that are keeping me away.

Indubitably, West, accompanied by his spouse Bianca Censori, has embarked on a global journey, visiting places such as Tuscany in May, followed by Paris, and then, amidst some debate, Russia in June. However, despite escalating legal issues, this travel continues.

Recently, West was spotted attending a family gathering in Los Angeles in August, followed by a brief drive past a Donald Trump rally in Beverly Hills in a Tesla Cybertruck a few days later. It’s now said that he resides in Tokyo. Last week, he marked his wife’s 30th birthday with her parents at a rooftop restaurant in Dubai.

The family setting was a stark contrast to the lavish party the couple had in the Maldives on January 5, which they shared online. In these videos, Censori could be seen gyrating on the dance floor, with her legs entwined around her husband’s waist as he pressed his face against hers.

Instead of these unusual behaviors no longer surprising people, West’s decision to travel to remote locations, some as far away from America (and West’s kids) as feasible, has sparked concerns about his long periods outside the U.S.

‘With all this stuff with Diddy, Kanye is terrified,’ the sources said.

Currently, the prominent figure Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is detained by federal authorities, facing multiple allegations, among which are charges connected to suspected sex trafficking, stemming from wild parties fueled by drugs, often referred to colloquially as ‘freak-off’ events.

In June, as West started to spend more of his time overseas, a lawsuit alleging wrongful termination and sexual harassment was filed against him by his ex-assistant and someone resembling Censori, named Lauren Pisciotta, who is 36 years old.

In 2021 and 2022, while working under him, Pisciotta alleged that West continually subjected her to sexual harassment. Furthermore, she asserted that he terminated her employment following her refusal to engage in an intimate relationship with him.

West has denied all the claims.

Back in October, I made some additional claims in a revised submission – and let me tell you, they’re quite staggering! I accused Kanye of a horrific sexual assault that supposedly took place before we even started working together back in 2021.

According to Pisciotta, the event took place at a Santa Monica recording studio during a party, and it’s said that Diddy (Combs) was there as well.

She asserts that she was given the choice between having a drink or leaving, and drinks were provided following instructions from the west. After consuming the beverage, she is said to have entered a significantly impaired and altered condition.

It wasn’t until later on that Pisciotta claimed West suggested they had a sexual encounter that night, according to her account.

Additionally, Pisciotta claimed that in her role as West’s assistant, she was responsible for arranging lavish parties that some have referred to as orgies. She also mentioned being asked to find and engage sex workers, as well as acquire various items West referred to as his ‘sex essentials’.

According to Mark Koorenny, Pisciotta’s attorney, West was not in the country during the specified time, and he alleged that the musician had deliberately avoided receiving the subpoena, thereby delaying the progress of the lawsuit.

West’s legal team has refuted all these claims and chose not to comment on The Mail’s query regarding their response to this news coverage.

In June, West lawyers said they are preparing a countersuit against Pisciotta.

According to reports to The Mail, West is concerned he might get involved in legal proceedings related to Combs’ case, even if only as a potential witness, although he continues to proclaim his innocence.

After all, Kanye and Combs were once fast friends.

Over time, Combs has been acknowledged for reigniting Kanye West’s passion for hip hop. They have often been seen celebrating together in public events, such as Diddy’s extravagant, high-profile 50th birthday party that took place in a mansion in Beverly Hills back in 2019.

In 2022, West granted Diddy a Lifetime Achievement Award at the BET Awards. He mentioned on that occasion: “To this very day, I seek his counsel. He has been an inspiration for numerous decisions I’ve made.

The bond between them weakened around October of that same year, as West donned a shirt bearing the phrase “White Lives Matter,” which seemed to be a derisive comment on the Black Lives Matter movement.

Diddy criticized the stunt as “insensitive,” leading to a heated text exchange between them, which Kanye later posted on his Instagram.

In simpler terms, West said to Diddy, “I warned you we were at war.” Now, it’s time for both of them to settle their differences in a business context. Their disagreement has persisted ever since.

And the Pisciotta suit is not the only legal worry that West is facing.

Last October, a previous, unidentified team member, who was employed for Kanye’s supposedly unsuccessful 2024 presidential bid, alleged that Kanye made a threat against his life, stating he would cause harm.

Jennifer An, a previous participant on America’s Next Top Model, claimed in a lawsuit filed in November that West physically restrained and acted inappropriately towards her in a sexually explicit manner during the filming of a music video in 2010.

In 2023, another lawsuit was filed against Kanye by a previous manager of his Malibu property, claiming, among other issues, that he failed to make full payment and breached labor regulations.

Given the ongoing accusations against him, it’s understandable that Kanye might prefer to stay away from the U.S., which could unfortunately mean less time spent with his kids.

As a lifestyle aficionado, I can confidently say that Kanye West cherishes his children beyond words, a sentiment he expresses frequently. He makes it a point to engage with them regularly, be it through conversations or Facetime calls. His eldest, North, is truly her father’s miniature mirror.

According to the Mail, ‘West claims his innocence; however, it appears there are things he wishes to keep hidden outside of the country.’

However, with the ongoing advancement of his legal proceedings, and considering that his children are probably dealing with the aftermath of living in a fire-stricken Los Angeles, it might be inevitable for West to come back and confront the situation head-on.
