The praise for this show has been overwhelming; Johnny Loftus from Decider particularly admires how it skillfully employs its anthology structure, offering room for unique thematic explorations, creative adaptations, diverse animation styles, and a touch of playful mischief.

A significant departure from the harsh criticism leveled against Love, Death + Robots in online comments. The latest installments have sparked intense controversy, with one particularly candid critic labeling it as “the worst season yet, by a wide margin.” According to this viewer, most of the stories were lackluster and nearly half the episodes were under 10 minutes long.

As a dedicated cinephile, I must confess that the run time seems to be causing quite a stir among fellow enthusiasts. Viewers have voiced their concerns, stating that these episodes “feel rushed” and leave them feeling “incomplete.
