Selena looked stunning in a red, one-shoulder dress by Louis Vuitton. The dress featured a flowing design with fabric that draped to the floor behind her.

She finished off the glamorous look by pulling her dark hair into a chic updo.

However, it seems the 33-year-old drew inspiration from Nicole Kidman for the glitzy event.

The eye-catching ensemble boasted striking similarities to Kidman’s 2007 Oscars dress. 

Eighteen years ago, the 58-year-old actress from Big Little Lies caused quite a stir at the Oscars when she wore a beautiful red dress.

Similar to Selena’s dress, the Balenciaga gown featured a neck tie, accentuated her figure, and flowed behind her on the red carpet.

Selena and her fiancé, Benny, 37, have been planning their wedding for almost a year since getting engaged.

TMZ reported that the singer and music producer will exchange vows in Montecito, California.

The couple has decided to have their wedding at a private home instead of a hotel, and security will be increased at the location.

The couple confirmed their relationship in December 2023 and got engaged a year later.

Selena announced her engagement on social media with a photo of her diamond ring, writing, ‘Forever starts now.’

Benny popped the question with a ring worth an estimated $1M.
