Who won HOH on Big Brother season 26 week 4? (Nominations and more!)
As a die-hard Big Brother fan who’s been watching since season 1, I must say that this week’s HOH competition was as thrilling as ever! The “Bad AI” challenge tested not only the houseguests’ memory but also their strategic skills, making for an exciting showdown.
Following Cedric Hodges’ resignation as Head of Household (HOH), the authority within Big Brother’s house was ripe for seizing!
Cedric had hoped his actions in the House would be more straightforward, but he broke promises to multiple housemates and created some enemies due to his excessive caution. Tucker Des Lauriers is one of these enemies, which isn’t good for Cedric or his alliance. It’s evident that at least one group in the house doesn’t want Cedric to win Head of Household (HOH). On the contrary, some housemates don’t mind Tucker winning HOH.
Regardless of the wishes of the house, only a single housemate will be crowned as the Week’s Head of Household. Let me walk you through the events that transpired!
Angela Murray secures Head of Household week 4…or does she?
In Week 4, the HOH competition was titled “Bad AI.” During this challenge, images of past Big Brother contestants appeared on the screens. Each participant had to identify the image with the AI irregularity. The victor in each round went up against another player, and the winner got to decide which two other housemates would compete next. This process continued until a champion was declared.
In a surprising twist, Cam, an under-the-radar contestant, almost clinched the victory for his group, The Pentagon, in this competition. However, Angela managed to snatch the crown, securing the title of Head of Household for week 4 instead.
Achieving Head of Household in the initial week of the season is definitely commendable, but what truly sets Angela Murray apart is managing to become Head of Household not once, but twice – a feat that only she can boast about!
It appears that either the house underwent a transformation or someone put themselves in danger for Angela’s sake, causing her to remain in the house for now. However, this doesn’t indicate she’s out of all danger. On the contrary, some people might argue that her second stint as Head of Household couldn’t have come at a more inconvenient time.
As a gamer, here’s how I might rephrase that sentence: “During the same week that Quinn Martin unleashed his Deepfake Head of Household (HOH) power, Angela ended up winning HOH. However, due to Quinn’s power, the nominations were not as expected, and he put these individuals up for eviction instead.”
- Cedric Hodges
- Tucker Des Lauriers
- Makensy Manbeck
Despite Tucker’s strong performance in competitions, making him popular among the houseguests, his growing enmity with many could potentially lead to his eviction. Alternatively, another housemate might become the target for elimination. We’ll have to wait and see!
The Power of Veto in Gold remains unclaimed. Who takes it? Discover the answer by tuning into the latest installment of Big Brother, airing this Wednesday, August 14th at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, only on CBS!
