The person who runs the popular Timothée Chalamet fan account, Club Chalamat, seems to be interested in someone new.
Simone Cromer, the 59-year-old founder of the popular Club Chalamet fan group (created in 2018), is now focusing her attention on Connor Storrie, who recently gained recognition on the show Heated Rivalry.
A movie lover from Michigan said on Tuesday that they’re starting an Instagram fanpage for the 25-year-old actor.
The account, called Storrie Times, will mainly share updates about Storrie, but will sometimes include posts about his co-star on Heated Rivalry, Hudson Williams.
Cromer announced on X that she created the page because she was frustrated with the often-negative online conversations surrounding the popular gay hockey series, which has quickly become a cultural phenomenon.
She said she was turned off by the childish arguments and discussions about the show, its stars, and everyone involved.
People who dislike Connor Storrie challenged me to start Storrie Times, a project that will mainly be about him, but will also share interesting news and details about Hudson.
In a follow up post, Cromer explained why she was having trouble getting the page off the ground.
Ugh, Instagram is giving me trouble again! It seems like a ton of fake accounts are popping up, all connected to Heated Rivalry and the guys. I’m thinking of starting a new one later this week, but this time I definitely won’t use a picture of Connor. I actually saw another fan account running into the same problem, so we just need to be patient and hang in there!
This fanpage dedicated to Timothée Chalamet appears shortly after he’s been publicly affectionate with his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, whom Chalamet’s mother has publicly disapproved of in the past.
Cromer is currently avoiding posting about Jenner on the Club Chalamet fan account, even when sharing pictures from events where Jenner and her boyfriend, the actor, were both present.
In 2023, Cromer faced criticism for playfully calling Jenner ‘Slurpee’ on social media. She then stated she would stop sharing opinions about Chalamet’s relationships.
Daily Mail has contacted Chalamet, Jenner, and Cromer for comment.
Timothée Chalamet, 30, has been sharing more about his relationship with Kylie Jenner, 28, lately.
While accepting the award at the 2026 Critics Choice Awards, he expressed his gratitude and love for his partner of three years, thanking them for being his rock.
Around ten years ago, Cromer relocated to Los Angeles from Michigan. She had earned her psychology degree from the University of Michigan in 1996 and was eager to work in the entertainment industry and around celebrities.
She’s held a variety of jobs, mostly in healthcare, but she also dedicates a lot of her spare time to volunteering at film festivals.
I first fell in love with Timothée Chalamet’s work back in 2017 when I saw him in Luca Guadagnino’s Call Me By Your Name. It completely captivated me!
That December, she posted about Timothée Chalamet on Instagram, sharing that she’d set a picture of him as her computer’s wallpaper.
In spring 2018, Cromer started the Club Chalamet blog as a way to connect with other Gen X fans of the actor, feeling disconnected from the younger fanbase.
Every year, she hosts a fundraiser for Timothée Chalamet’s birthday. It’s raised thousands of dollars for Odyssey House, a charity that helps people struggling with drug and alcohol addiction – an organization she supports because of Chalamet’s role in the movie Beautiful Boy.
Her dedication to the Hollywood A-lister has made Cromer a celebrity in her own right.
Beyond building a large online following, this film enthusiast has been recognized with features in the Wall Street Journal, Grazia, and Vulture.
Timothée Chalamet is currently considered a top contender to win an Oscar this year for his performance in the movie Marty Supreme, a film based on the life of a sports figure.
The film is receiving widespread critical acclaim, and Timothée Chalamet has already won Best Actor awards from both the Golden Globes and the Critics’ Choice Awards.
It also just picked up nine nominations at the Oscars, including a Best Actor nod for Chalamet.
Cromer congratulated Chalamet for the nominations on Thursday on Club Chalamet.
She expressed immense pride in Timothée’s Oscar nomination for his role in Marty Supreme. She also highlighted his historic achievements: being the youngest person ever nominated for Best Actor in two consecutive years, receiving nominations for both Best Actor and Best Picture, and becoming the youngest actor to earn three Best Actor nominations before turning 30.
I’ve always been a big fan of Timothée Chalamet and truly believe in his talent. That’s why I’m so enthusiastic about his success and will always be a dedicated supporter. Congratulations, Timothée – this looks like the year you’ll finally win an Oscar!
