Typically, only Kryptonite can make Superman break out in a rash, but it appears that there’s much more causing concern for our fabric-costumed superhero in the latest movie installment of this long-running series.
Beginning July 11, the upcoming movie directed by James Gunn and featuring David Corenswet in the role of a made-up superhero, alongside Rachel Brosnahan playing the spirited journalist Lois Lane, is set for wide distribution.
Although this film represents a fresh start for a series initiated by the legendary Christopher Reeve in Richard Donner’s beloved 1978 hit, Superman: The Movie, some initial critiques seem to be eagerly anticipating its conclusion.
Before official release dates, one critical review, published by The Daily Beast, didn’t mince words when expressing its unfavorable opinion about the movie.
