Who is WWE NXT arrival, Stephanie Vaquer?
As a fan with a keen eye for talent and a heart that beats for the thrill of the ring, I can confidently say that the recent debut of Stephanie Vaquer in WWE NXT has sent ripples of excitement through the wrestling community. With a whopping 15 years of experience under her belt at just 31, she’s not just a fresh face, but a seasoned warrior ready to conquer new territories.
The October 8th episode of WWE NXT included a significant debut. Cora Jade and Roxanne Perez invited Giulia into a potentially challenging two-versus-one scenario. However, she arrived with Stephanie Vaquer as reinforcement. Vaquer has been making her way to NXT for quite some time now, and she’s another well-known figure added to the already bustling women’s division.
With a decade and a half in the wrestling industry under her belt, it’s surprising to learn that Vaquer is just 31 years old. Her career has taken her to some of the most well-known professional wrestling organizations such as All Elite Wrestling, New Japan, Warrior Wrestling, CMLL, Rev Pro, and many more. Among her notable achievements are the CMLL World Women’s Championship, the World Women’s Tag Team Championship she won with Zeuxis, and the NJPW Strong Women’s Championship.
For many, it was Vaquer’s run in NJPW Strong that put her in front of mainstream fans. During the initial tournament, she and Mercedes Mone had an excellent match. They ran it back at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door this year, and WWE quickly swiped her off the free agency market. This led many to speculate that WWE wasn’t familiar with her until that match, but it eventually came out that Vaquer had a tryout with WWE years prior and wasn’t picked up by the company at the time.
Vaquer’s name alone enhances the richness of the NXT women’s division, much like Giulia. She boasts a vast array of wrestling experience from global arenas. Facing off against some of the most prominent females in wrestling, she demonstrates her versatility and readiness to take on any emerging talents in NXT. Furthermore, the potential for dream matches between Vaquer and established WWE stars such as IYO Sky, Lyra Valkyria, Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair, and others becomes an exciting possibility.
WWE NXT consistently strengthens its women’s division as the most impressive in wrestling. Stephanie Vaquer joined the company a few months ago and recently debuted on NXT television for the first time. She has been placed at the forefront of the main event, which is fitting given her talent, and fans can now eagerly anticipate watching her every week.
