Who is Dave Arch? 

The musician has achieved great success throughout their career, serving as the music director for Strictly Come Dancing and now participating in their 18th season on this popular show.

In 2006, he assumed the position and went on to win a joint Special BAFTA Craft award with his production team.

He has served as the Musical Director for ITV’s Royal Variety Performances for thirteen years, even taking charge during its centenary celebration at the Albert Hall.

He was also the music consultant for King Charles’ Coronation at Westminster Abbey in May 2023.

Dave has additionally lent his musical talents to films such as Interstellar, The Grand Budapest Hotel, and a total of five Harry Potter movies.

Dave released his own album in 2016 entitled Coming Home.

The 80-track collection featured original compositions featuring 80 of the UK’s finest musicians.

He composed and arranged the main themes for long-running programs like GMTV (from 1993 to 2010) and Emmerdale (from 1998 to 2011), along with numerous other well-regarded television series.

Sydnie graced the stage on this year’s Britain’s Got Talent, performing her unique rendition of “Over the Rainbow.

In a remarkable showcase, Amanda Holden triggered the golden button due to Amanda’s outstanding performance, and the crowd’s beloved contestant ultimately emerged victorious in the contest.

Each year, the Britain’s Got Talent champion takes the stage before an illustrious audience that includes His Majesty the King.

Despite the show taking place on Friday night, it will be televised in December for all to see.
