White Lotus Feud?! See the Photo That Has Everyone Talking!
Stars Walton Goggins and Jason Isaacs have come out to dismiss any whispers of a disagreement between them. In a recent post on Isaacs’ social platform, he playfully mocks the internet speculation.
In simpler terms, Isaac posted pictures of him and his White Lotus co-star, smiling and embracing, after they traveled together on a plane. He asked his followers if they could spot any tension, writing “Any beef here?” Goggins also shared the photo on his Instagram stories, mentioning that he got to hug [the co-star] yesterday.
As a die-hard cinema enthusiast, I can’t help but share my thoughts on the buzz surrounding the set of “The White Lotus.” Peter Mullan, in one of his interviews, painted an intriguing picture of the dynamic among the cast during their time filming the hit HBO series in Thailand. He said, “It wasn’t a vacation. Some relationships formed and some crumbled,” implying that while what happens on set may not always stay on set, there was certainly an off-screen version of ‘The White Lotus,’ filled with fewer deaths but just as much drama.
In the past few days, there’s been more internet drama that appears to indicate growing friction among the cast members following the airing of The White Lotus Season 3 finale. However, this apparent conflict seemed to have resolved itself, as Goggins and Aimee Lou Wood (who portrayed Chelsea) have resumed following each other on social media again.
This season of “The White Lotus,” an HBO series that blends satire with drama, unfolded in Thailand, as a privileged crowd visited a health spa within the country. Apart from Isaacs, Goggins, and Wood, the talented cast also featured Leslie Bibb, Carrie Coon, Sarah Catherine Hook, Patrick Schwarzenegger, and Michelle Monaghan.
Isaacs Also Poked Fun at Duke University’s White Lotus Drama
Isaac wasn’t shy about joking about another drama linked to the filming of the latest season of “The White Lotus.” In his post with Goggins, he tagged Duke University. After an episode of the series depicted a character with violent thoughts wearing a Duke University shirt, the university was drawn into the show’s narrative. Previously, Isaac had also shared more thoughts on this topic.
He expressed that he found the whole situation somewhat amusing, despite not enjoying any kind of disagreement. It seemed to him that the person receiving criticism simply wanted attention and fame online. Regarding the criticisms, he mentioned that the actual alumni are often a motley crew, so it’s hard to believe they’d be upset by a spiritually enlightened character on TV causing them any trouble. This idea, in his opinion, is far-fetched and absurd.
The White Lotus Season 3 is now streaming on Max.
