Where to buy LEGO’s new Jurassic Park iconic Jeep Wrangler

Get ready for a trip down memory lane! LEGO is releasing a new collection of Jurassic World sets you can pre-order now, and the coolest part? It includes a LEGO version of the Jeep Wrangler from the very first Jurassic Park movie, which came out in 1993.

With 1924 pieces (though a slightly larger set of 1993 pieces would have allowed for even more detail), this Jeep Wrangler model is built to a 1:10 scale and measures over 34cm wide when completed.

Beyond its size, this LEGO model includes many features common to other LEGO vehicles, like doors and a hood that open, and a roof you can take off. You can even twist the spare tire to make the car ‘steer’!

Finally, this set includes a minifigure of Dennis Nedry, famously portrayed by Wayne Knight in the movie.

The Jeep Wrangler isn’t the only new addition for older collectors! The Triceratops joins the Dinosaur Fossils series, following up on last year’s popular, one-meter-long Tyrannosaurus Rex.

You can now pre-order the Jurassic Park Jeep Wrangler, which will be generally available on May 7th for £179.99. The Dinosaur Fossils Triceratops is also available for pre-order and will be released on June 1st.
