The narrative of season 3 resumes following the shocking finale of season 2, as the boy in white pushes Tabitha (Catalina Sandino Moreno) from the tower, resulting in her waking up in a hospital situated outside Fromville, implying she may be the first individual to successfully flee the terrifying town.
