Initially, the plan wasn’t for “Alien: Romulus” to hit the big screen. In fact, it was initially announced in March 2022 as a Hulu exclusive movie, intended for streaming directly, similar to the Predator prequel “Prey.”

In a special conversation with Digital Spy, filmmaker Fede Álvarez disclosed the reasons behind the change from a streaming debut to a cinematic premiere for the movie.

If Alien: Romulus follows this rule, it could land a Disney+ release on November 15.

It’s possible that the movie “Alien: Romulus” might come out digitally on October 15th, but it’s essential to note that this date hasn’t been officially verified as of now.
