This week, the couple took to Instagram to wish Harper, Brooklyn’s younger sibling, a happy birthday, ending weeks of conjecture about whether they would publicly celebrate her special day.

But then Cruz and Romeo unfollowed Brooklyn and Nicola hours later for reasons unknown. 

Despite some complications with her husband’s family, it seems that Nicola’s bond with the Peltz in-laws is exceptionally warm. A source close to the couple reveals that Nicola considers her siblings and their partners as more than just relatives – they are her cherished friends and a strong support network.

The thirty-year-old actress is the offspring of successful entrepreneur Nelson Peltz, aged 83, and his spouse, a former model named Claudia Heffner Peltz, who is 70 years old.

Apart from Nicola, they also have a combined total of eight children: Matthew (age 40), Will (age 39), Brad (age 35), Diesel (age 27), twins Zachary and Gregory (age 22), and Brittany (age 31).

Since there are numerous male family members, it implies that there could be several potential women who will become Nicola’s sisters-in-law in the future.

Besides Kenya, who is Will’s fiancée, there are also some other family members. These include Aislinn, who has been dating Zach for a while, and Hallie Dunn, who married Matthew in 2018.

In 2016, they both went to the Daily Front Row Fashion Los Angeles Awards as a duo, and in 2022, they joined Wendy’s summer gathering along with Brooklyn and Will.

Nicola paid emotional tribute to Kenya’s father Quincy last year after he died age 91.

In another location, Nicola maintains a strong bond with her youngest brother Zach’s partner and wholeheartedly endorses their romantic connection.

Zach and his partner Aislinn openly display their romance on Instagram, frequently posting affectionate photos that Nicola regularly likes and comments on.

Similar to how Nicola feels about Zach and Aislinn, Brooklyn also cherishes them, having enjoyed shared moments of joy with them in the past.

It seems that olive branches have been extended, but insiders suspect that Brooklyn won’t show up for his brother Harper’s 14th birthday party on Thursday.

The source stated: ‘He made a firm decision and was unable to attend his father’s 50th birthday celebration; therefore, it’s unlikely he will abruptly change his mind and disregard all the past events, despite his affection for Harper.’

If he makes amends, it could serve as a valuable peace offering to mend relationships. A resolution to the family turmoil would make an ideal birthday gift for Harper, as well as her parents; indeed, it would be a wonderful present for all of them.

This action merely diverts attention away from the well-deserved recognition given to Brooklyn’s father.
