She exclaimed: “30!!! I achieved it! To be honest, I, as a 20-year-old Frances, wasn’t certain this would come to pass. At that point in time, my self-image and perception of the world were heavily influenced by deep self-loathing, instilled by insecurity, self-destructive habits, and more trauma than my body or mind could effectively manage.”
Frances expressed that she saw the world as if looking through a lens tinted by resentment, stemming from the feeling that she had been thrust into a life filled with unavoidable chaos and the type of pain deeply rooted in grief.
She added: ‘There’s a quote by @jaiyajohn I hold closely, which is “the softer she became with herself, the softer she became with the world.” It’s a sentiment I try to remember daily.
As we step into a brand-new era, my wish is to maintain a gentle disposition even when the world may seem harsh, cherish each fleeting moment with respect, and bestow kindness upon those around me.
I’m fortunate because my love exceeds what words can express, and I continually strive to learn, ensuring that my personal development never plateaus.
