Netflix has finally shared the news fans have been hoping for, and it includes some big casting changes for Season 3.
Okay, huge news for all us Wednesday fans! Netflix just announced three awesome new faces joining Season 3. We’re talking Lena Headey – yes, Cersei Lannister from Game of Thrones! – plus James Lance, who I loved in Ted Lasso, and Andrew McCarthy, a total ’80s icon from St. Elmo’s Fire. They’re all coming on as guest stars, which is seriously exciting for this already amazing show. I can’t wait to see what they bring to the table!
Who Else is Joining the Cast of Wednesday Season 3?
Season 3 of Wednesday will introduce several new actors. Among them is , who previously worked with Jenna Ortega on Tim Burton’s Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, and will play the mysterious character Tabitha.
The third season of Wednesday will continue to feature impactful storylines for existing characters, even those who haven’t been prominently shown on screen. Joining the cast for Season 3 are Chris Sarandon, Kennedy Moyer, Noah Taylor, and Oscar Morgan.

Early in February, some social media posts from people working on the show hinted that filming for Season 3 of Wednesday had begun. While Netflix hasn’t officially confirmed this, it fits with the current plan to release the new season in 2027.
