Web-slinging voice actor who starred as a dashing prince in a classic Disney movie is spotted taking a stroll in LA… who is it?
In the ’90s, he gave life to the Spider-Man of Marvel comics in an adored animated series; his voice remains familiar to fans who watched the show during their childhood.
Additionally, he provided the voice for a captivating dark-haired prince in a popular Disney movie where a young princess learns the strength of her vocal abilities.
During the ’90s, he assumed the role of a character from a cherished ’70s sitcom, portraying the youthful iteration of the famed television son, in a revival of America’s beloved mixed-family series.
Despite a decrease in his on-screen performances, his voice acting career flourished, earning him parts in numerous popular children’s animated series.
At the age of 52, this versatile entertainer has expanded his professional profile by taking on the role of writer, channeling his creativity into crafting intriguing short stories.
Can you guess who?

It’s The Brady Bunch Movie’s Christopher Daniel Barnes!
Barnes was seen casually walking around his LA neighborhood, grooving to his preferred tunes through his Apple AirPods.
His black and white beard was grown out along with his dark mustache.
On his outing, he chose to wear a pair of black sunglasses, a black T-shirt and blue sweatpants.
With a disheveled appearance, Barnes donned brown work boots, a tan tassel scarf, an Apple watch, and a gray fisherman’s hat.
Originating from Portland, Maine, and being the baby among three siblings, Barnes began his career as a child model. At the tender age of 8, he decided to venture into acting.

Before achieving his breakthrough role as a young Greg Brady in the successful Brady Bunch films of the 90s, he had previously taken on multiple roles in sitcoms.
Afterward, he started making appearances as a guest star on popular series like Beverly Hills, 90210, The Golden Girls, and Malcolm & Eddie.
But it wasn’t live action where his career took off – it was through using his voice in animation.
Before becoming well-known as the eldest Brady, Barnes had previously ventured into voice acting. At sixteen, he landed one of the most desired roles in animation, voicing Prince Eric in Disney’s 1989 version of The Little Mermaid, a timeless classic that won Oscars for its original score and song.
He wasn’t able to act out his character again for the sequel, but he returned to provide the voice for the same character in the video game Kingdom Hearts II.
Additionally, Barnes achieved recognition not only in the Spider-Man animated series that ran from 1994 to 1998 but also in various video games during the 2010s, where he continued to lend his voice to the character.

Back in the day, all the way from the ’90s to the 2000s, I was absolutely hooked on some incredible shows where this legendary voice actor lent his talents. I’m talking about Captain Planet and the Planeteers (1990-1992), Jackie Chan Adventures (2000-2005), and even Speckles: The Tarbosaurus (2012)! What a journey it was following his incredible voiceover work in those series.
Even though I’ve noticed a decline in his voice acting roles lately, Barnes’ creativity hasn’t waned one bit! Instead, he’s been pouring it into crafting chilling, moody short stories on his site – a stark change from the beloved, family-friendly characters that made him a household name. I can’t get enough of these dark tales!
Lately, Barnes has made appearances at Comic Cons and fan gatherings due to his contributions to Spider-Man and The Little Mermaid projects.
He married his long-time partner Rebecca Guyadeen Barnes in 2012.
