Weatherman Swears Live After Bee Sting Shocks Co-Host

During a live broadcast on Thursday, weather presenter Sam Mac surprised his co-host, Natalie Barr, when he was unexpectedly stung by a bee during the segment. In a moment of exasperation, he uttered an exclamation.

Since 2022, Sam and Robert have been involved in a cordial rivalry, as Robert stood in for Sam during his absence on Sunrise when he took some time off personally, and they’ve maintained this playful disagreement ever since.

In that moment, Robert shared with co-host Natalie Barr that he had a new job, and playfully teased Sam Mac by saying, “Sam Mac, I’m gunning for you!

Later, Sam referred to Robert as a “cunning backstabber” and humorously suggested that the reality TV personality was attempting to usurp his position on the well-known Channel Seven morning program.

Robert dismissed the comment playfully, yet continued the light-hearted rivalry by expressing his hope that one day he might take over from him on the well-known morning program.

‘Yeah, mate, I’m still gunning for that position,’ he added.
