Wayne Rooney reveals David and Victoria Beckham invited him and Coleen for dinner at their house and served them KEBABS as he reveals why his wife made him ‘FURIOUS’

On The Wayne Rooney show podcast for the BBC, Wayne recalled that they were once invited to Beckham’s house for dinner.

Frank Lampard, along with a few other players, and I (at the time) went to his house, accompanied by Coleen (who was also around 19 years old).

Upon entering Brooklyn’s room, we found ourselves in an unexpected situation. Brooklyn was my son who accidentally bumped his head when I opened the door. This led to tears, and for a moment, I exclaimed, “Oh dear heavens!

After accidentally bumping his head upon opening the door, he found himself in a rather unusual situation – dining alongside Beckham and Victoria. It felt almost unreal.

Broadcaster Kelly Cates asked him: ‘What was dinner? Was it posh?’

Wayne responded: ‘Not exactly. We ran into Beckham and his wife, Victoria, along with Coleen, during his time at Madrid, and we all went out for dinner together followed by some kebabs later on.’

Upon checking, I found that my shoes were size 11, which happened to be Steve Watson’s boots. Unknowingly, I picked up his boots instead of mine, leading to quite a few difficulties during the first few days. Essentially, it was a real headache.

First, I stepped outside and wore the socks and boots without informing anyone. Then, I had three pairs of socks on and felt comfortable in my boots. Later on, I received additional boots delivered to me.
