Wayne Carey’s ex posts brutal video mocking him and reveals what she really thinks of his toilet scandal
Kate Neilson, previously linked with AFL notorious figure Wayne Carey, has mercilessly ridiculed a viral video featuring him in an unusual bathroom situation.
On Wednesday, football legend Carey admitted that he was the individual seen in the widely-shared video, which showed him and a woman exiting a restroom at a popular nightspot in Melbourne.
On Saturday, Kate, who had been in a tumultuous four-year relationship with Carey, decided to publicly criticize her ex-partner quite harshly on Instagram.
She shared a clip that showed her re-enacting the viral video while on holiday in Italy.
The video showed Kate emerging from a public toilet, covering her face.

The video featured the song “The Bad Touch” by the Bloodhound Gang, and Neilson subtly jabbed at Carey through a duck emoji, which is his nickname in the AFL (Australian Football League).
Neilson said she hoped the video was merely a misunderstanding.
She expressed her difficulty in understanding the situation, adding that she sincerely hopes, for the benefit of all those involved, that there’s no validity to the rumors.
In 2007, Neilson and Carey’s relationship reached its climax after the football champion was charged with shattering a glass against her face during a dinner at a Miami restaurant.
As a devoted supporter, I found myself in a situation where I was apprehended and indicted by the authorities. Later, I admitted my guilt in two instances of attacking officers of the law and one instance of violently resisting arrest.
Or simply:
I was arrested, charged, and subsequently confessed to battery against two police officers and using violence while resisting arrest.
Neilson chose to forgo pressing charges regarding the incident, and as a result, Carey was mandated to complete 50 hours of community service, participate in anger management and alcohol control courses, and make contributions to a charitable organization focused on law enforcement.
Carey is now in a relationship with Jessica Paulke, and the couple share two children.

Wayne admitted that he was the individual shown in the widely-shared video, exiting a bathroom with a woman.
The North Melbourne premiership champion reached out to Victoria Police in an attempt to make those responsible for recording and sharing the video face consequences for their behavior.
The video, captured at Toorak Cellars bar located in Armadale, within the city’s southeastern region, depicts Wayne and Kate Aston, aged 38, a marketing and communications professional from Melbourne, entering the frame approximately twenty seconds apart.
As a woman strolls by, a voice from an unseen source comments, ‘We’re recording you,’ followed by her questioning, ‘What is he up to in there?’, and finally, she seems uncomfortable, muttering, ‘She appears to be embarrassed.’
Wayne and Aston have both strongly criticized the video, with the former professional footballer labeling it as “shameful” and a form of online harassment, while both sides maintain that no secret meeting or encounter took place in the restrooms.
He said, during an interview on Sam Newman’s You Cannot Be Serious podcast, that ‘angry’ isn’t quite right; instead, over the past three days, he has experienced approximately 10 distinct emotions.
‘I’ve gone through disbelief, sadness, anger.
‘This woman has been thrown into this just because I could kick a footy.’

‘And you’ve got two vile, disturbing, probably p**sed women who want to do this to another woman.
‘That’s all they were doing, they were s**t-shaming another woman.
If two men had carried out such an action, it would create a massive uproar, making headlines everywhere.
However, since the individuals involved are two women engaging with a third woman, there may be complexities and personal issues that aren’t immediately apparent to an outsider, as I later discovered she had been facing various challenges in her life.
They seem to be discussing despicable and revolting actions, affecting several people, all while laughing and sipping their chardonnay in high places, engaged in mysterious activities.
‘I won’t mention their names, as doing so would only add to their shame. Instead, I’ll trust that justice will prevail.’
Meanwhile, Aston has described the dissemination of the clip as ‘a deliberate act of bullying’.
On a Thursday, she shared an extensive message on Instagram Stories. In this post, she explained that she had decided to stay quiet earlier to safeguard her career image and mental well-being. However, she felt compelled to speak up now to bring those responsible for releasing the video to justice, and to correct any misconceptions that may have arisen.

In the wee hours of the night, a casual clip of me stepping out from a bathroom at a watering hole has completely flipped my world around, as I penned down.
‘The events that have befallen me are not unique; they could happen to anyone. Yet, nobody deserves the harm, rumors, and consequences on their career stemming from the cruel actions of a select few.’
Aston expressed concern about how the video might affect her prospects in the future, her professional life, and potentially her personal connections as well.
In terms of planning my future job and making an impact, it’s crucial, but the emotional and practical cost has been substantial, she explained.
Who might consider hiring me, going out with me, or connecting with me in any way? What possibilities remain for me after these events have transpired in my life?
The executive indicated she would be taking legal action over the matter.
She stated that even though it’s just been a few days since the event occurred, the harm done to her reputation is immense, and her capacity to live a regular life has significantly decreased.
In response to harmful remarks made by these women, among others, I find myself compelled to take action in order to safeguard my standing. Consequently, I am forced to make an effort to defend it.
‘Two women not known to me have turned my life upside down and I have to set the record straight.’
