Wayne Bridge has put aside his recent turmoil by spending some quality time with his wife Frankie, doing a relaxing hot yoga session – following his decision to step back from a confrontation with YouTuber KSI due to his remarks about John Terry.

In this instance, the 44-year-old former footballer is expressing his disapproval over remarks made about his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Perroncel, concerning her alleged affair with John. Previously at Chelsea, the former defender had been scheduled to engage in a bout with KSI in Manchester on March 29. However, in an unexpected turn of events, he announced his withdrawal from the fight only two days afterward, as stated in a post shared on Monday.

And on Tuesday Frankie, 36, and Wayne put on a united display at the calming yoga session.

As Loose Women panelist Frankie flaunted her abs in a sports bra, she wrote in the caption: “Invite your spouse to a hot yoga session!

I, absolutely thrilled, couldn’t help but notice the laid-back vibe of Wayne, clad in a cool grey tee and black shorts, stealing a glance at Frankie in the snapshot she shared on her Instagram Story.

In the ring with Wayne, KSI asked, “Don’t you happen to be the one who allowed John Terry to break up with your girlfriend?” To this, Bridge retorted, “Are you eager to bring that up right away?

KSI confidently stated that’s your claim to fame,” he continued, igniting the audience and initiating a cheer: “Vanessa, Vanessa!” This was in reference to Bridge’s former partner, Vanessa Perroncel.

KSI went on to insert explicit phrases into his song lyrics, which explicitly mentioned the past partner of John and Wayne.

Following the comments, Wayne made it clear that he intends to safeguard his family from similar remarks and plans to take on a new fight in the ring at a future date.

It seems likely that many of you witnessed the events that took place during the Misfits Boxing match on Saturday night.

Initially, let me clarify why I agreed to this fight. I enjoy testing my limits and this seemed like a great chance to face off against an intriguing adversary in a significant arena.

For years, boxing has been an integral part of my daily exercise regimen that I enjoy immensely. My anticipation for a challenging workout and enjoyable sparring session on Saturday was high. In simple terms, ‘The person I’m competing against is admired by numerous children, even my own kids. I wish he might reconsider this situation someday. Personally, I prefer not to engage in these debates any longer. Consequently, I will no longer be participating on March 29th.’
