The first trailer for Anne Hathaway’s upcoming sci-fi film is out, and it includes a surprising plot twist. In The End of Oak Street, Hathaway and Ewan McGregor (known for Star Wars) play neighbors whose entire community vanishes mysteriously.
The video shows the family confused and trying to understand what just happened. Anne Hathaway’s character realizes something strange is going on, saying, “I think our house… the whole neighborhood… everything has moved.”
The film shifts between scenes of typical suburban life and a surprising jungle environment. The biggest shock comes when we realize the reason for the chaos: people are fleeing from dinosaurs!
Yep, the movie is set to have a Jurassic flavour – and we’re here for it.
The film, initially called Flowervale Street, is directed by David Robert Mitchell, who also directed It Follows. JJ Abrams, known for his work on Star Wars and Lost, is one of the producers.
