As a long-time follower and admirer of British fashion, I find myself intrigued by the latest developments in the lives of some iconic figures from the industry. The story about Meghan Markle, once known as ‘Duchess Difficult,’ has certainly caused quite a stir, especially at Variety, a media group that had been granted favored access to the Sussexes.
Kudos go to the star-studded group, who are able to keep up with a seven-hour party schedule despite their busy workweeks.
On a Friday morning at 5 am, Sienna Miller, Noel Gallagher, and Poppy Delevingne’s former partner, James Cook, were part of a lively crowd leaving the Chiltern Firehouse.
While Sienna appeared lively, it seemed that Noel, the weary-eyed member of Oasis, was on a date with his sophisticated event organizer companion, Sally Mash.
Instead, the pair intentionally parted ways to avoid being captured in a photo at the bustling center of London.
Sally is known for running a private members’ club in Chelsea.
Recently, Noel described her as an exceptional woman, mentioning that he has often found himself in situations where he surpassed expectations, and he believes that if one can make a woman smile, victory is already within reach.

Will ‘Duchess Difficult’ story upset Variety?
It appears that the investigation published by The Hollywood Reporter, which referred to Meghan Markle as ‘Duchess Difficult’, has stirred up quite a commotion within its parent company, PMC, where Variety magazine, which enjoyed privileged access to the Sussexes, is also based.
My mole informed me: ‘Meghan feels extremely angry about how she’s been depicted and views this coverage as a breach of trust from a media outlet she thought would fairly share her narratives.’
However, the magazine’s co-head editor, Maer Roshan, stood by the article, explaining that their reporter spoke with a source claiming that everyone is allegedly frightened of Meghan.
The Sussexes are understood to deny the claims, while a friend called the report ‘ill-informed’.
James wants to cast his Rod
James McAvoy, famous for his role in X-MEN, is eagerly anticipated for his first directorial project, “California Schemin'”. Among others, he hopes to work with the legendary Sir Rod Stewart in this film.
The film recounts the actual events of two Scottish lads from Dundee, who assumed American accents and portrayed themselves as a California hip-hop duo, with the aim of cracking the U.S. music industry.
Filming should start next month and McAvoy says: ‘We’re gonna try to get Rod in the film.
‘You’ll have to watch it to see if we do. But Rod, we’re coming!’
