I’m super excited to share that I’ve learned from Annapurna Interactive that the heartwarming adventure game, “Wanderstop“, all about change and tea, is set to arrive in March! Can’t wait to brew some virtual tea and embark on this cozy journey.
In this game, you take on the role of Alta, a former warrior who now operates a tea shop in a mystical forest. Your task is to cater to the customers who frequent your cozy establishment, although Alta secretly longs to escape this life. If she manages to leave, her time running the tea shop will be but a fleeting, difficult recollection.
Despite needing to cultivate and gather tea components first, using an unusual tea-preparing device, Alta will interact with tea-drinking travelers, listen to their tales, and concoct a tea tailored to their preferences. Yet, her past as a warrior remains a constant – she’s not just a tea shop manager; it’s not her entire identity.
Wanderstop will be coming to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC on 11th March.
