Good news for fans: Joseph Gordon-Levitt, who made a brief appearance in the first Knives Out film, returns in Wake Up Dead Man. It’s a quick appearance though, so don’t worry if you don’t spot him!

The actor often works with writer and director Rian Johnson and has provided voice work for the Knives Out mystery series. He notably voiced a detective on TV within Knives Out and played a gong in Glass Onion.

Dwayne Johnson recently shared that he made a cameo appearance in the film as a baseball announcer. He told CinemaBlend that he wrote the baseball commentary the character says, and you can clearly hear him in one scene.

So, I just finished Wake Up Dead Man, and it’s seriously good! In my review, I said that even though we don’t know if Benoit Blanc will be solving another case yet, this movie definitely proves the Knives Out series still has a ton of energy and creativity. I’m already hoping for more!
